About the Role· The official term will start at January 1st, 2014 and will end at December 31th 2014.· Transition will be held between December 2013 and January 2014.

Candidate Profile· Intellectual and Psychological.- Many aspects of one´s personality can effect being of a leadership team. Some of them are obvious: constant learning, systemat-ic thinking, creativity, adaptability to change, sense of responsibility, analysis capac-ity, patience, listening and supportiveness.

· AIESEC Understanding.- A broad understanding of the association is required in order to execute an LC EB position properly. An understanding of our vision, values, identity, current direction, country development and systems is certainly something we will look for in all candidates.

· Others.- It is expected that the candidates possess strong competencies in the areas of social behavior, motivation, task orientation and people management skills.

Application PackageYour application package must contain:

· Questionnaire, complete and no longer than 8 pages, you create your own layout for the application, we encourage creativity, so bring it on.

· Curriculum in no longer than one page

· DISC Test, you can do it in this link http://www.tonyrobbins.com/ue/-disc-profile.php, send the .PDF file with your results.

· One endorsement letter from someone who worked with you at least for 3 months (Endorsement letter from current LCPs or MC will not be accepted)

· Blank paper challenge: in only one page show us who you are and what matters to you. Be as creative

Selection Process· You must send your application to your current LCP, your MC Coach and elec-tion responsible at [email protected] in a .Zip package, all the files in .PDF in one package named YOURNAME_LC_ROLE.ZIP eg. ROGELIOMO-RALES_CHIHUAHUA_LCVPTM.ZIP

· You will get an interview process with 3 different stages: one with the current LCP, another with the LCP elected and last but not least, an interview with the MCVP in charge of the area you are applying for, the interviewers will determinate if the candidate is eligible or not.

· The LCVPs must be selected in local plenary guided by the local compendium and the national compendium.
