You’re eligible to be candidate of Local Committee Vice President of AIESEC in Bandung if you are:

1. Full member 2. Minimum GPA 2.75

In order to get status of official applicant, the applicant has to pass administration selection by submitting:

1. Application booklet with maximum 15 pages 2. Endorsement letters in PDF format from :

a. Parents, it has to be signed. (1) b. From Member Committee Executive Board AIESEC in Indonesia

(1) – can be in the form of MoM coaching. c. From current Executive Board of AIESEC in Bandung (1) d. From current team member (1) e. From current team mates or any other person in the same

hierarchy with you (1) 3. Application video no longer than 5 minutes, upload it in YouTube,

video is including your introduction, motivation, vision, and mission. The video must be posted in AIESEC Bandung lounge, AIESEC Bandung 2015/2016 Official Group LINE, and AIESEC Bandung fan page on time.

4. CV in PDF size A4 and no longer than 2 pages. 5. Copy of Transcript from University in PDF with minimum 2.75 6. Commitment Letter signed with materai 7. The result of all personality test attached 8. Full Member prove from Human Resource, signed by VP Human

Resource and LCP 9. If you don't meet the criteria of GPA, please submit the support letter

from your dosen wali with sign and stamp from your university.

1. What is your understanding about the role you’re applying for? How important is the existence of this role to be in our entity? What’s the difference between Marketing Communication, OGX Operation, and External Relation?

2. What kind of system are you going to implement to ensure all of marketing program (GT, GC, and GL) are running based on plans? Breakdown all of your strategy together with the champion and KPI of each activities.

3. Do you think the role of a Market Research is still relevant in Bandung? If yes, what kind of market research will you conduct and what kind of things are you expecting to be taken out from the research? Is there any idea or method that you are willing to use? Please elaborate!

4. Since you will be handling our entity’s brand management, how to ensure all of the social media activities are living the brand value? What is your strategy to improve the brand awareness in every stakeholder.

5. It’s a harsh truth that our programs are nearly in the saturation point. What kind of innovations do you have in mind (it could be either for GC, GT, GL, or all of them) in order to increase the number of people in progress (IP) for next term? Make a projectized for your idea, and state In which stage (based on the customer flow) the strategy will affect!
