The Learning City is a movement that promotes collaboration of the civic, private, voluntary and

education sectors at the level of a village, town, or city, enabling every person to participate and

contribute to the development of their community. The project will allow partner organisations to

increase their knowledge in the field, by benchmarking national/regional/local policies and

exchanging examples and good practices collected at national/regional/local level.
