• Hexaware adopted a workshop-based approach to brainstorm requirements, existing processes and the contours of the final implementation. The 4-week workshop included Hexaware’s functional HR and Finance consultants as well as the client’s IT and business teams• After interacting with business users and gaining a clear understanding of the requirements, Hexaware helped the client team understand the capabilities of PeopleSoft 9.2• Hexaware used an Onsite Offshore model to execute the project initiative. In addition, throughout the life of the project, the Hexaware’s team was closely associated with client’s key process owners to demonstrate the implemented functionality and make required adjustments if any• This approach ensured the on-time and within budget, successful completion of the project.
