This filing in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit-- a Response to Stoller's Combined Motions to Disqualify and Suspend Lance Johnson, David Abrams and Alfred Goodman from practicing before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit-- illustrates Leo Stoller's penchant for bringing frivolous claims and launching personal attacks against those who expose his unscrupulous tactics. The United States judiciary owes a debt of gratitude to people like Lance Johnson and the law firm of Roylance, Abrams, Berdo & Goodman LLP for serving the dual purpose of providing top-notch representation to their clients while defending the integrity of the legal system against the judicial abuse launched by the likes of Leo Stoller.Leo Stoller currently represents himself to the public as the executive director of the "Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics (AEAE)", which he claims "is a not for profit group that advocates the strict enforcement of attorney ethics since 1974."
