y KS. Limited is an innovative, professional, cleaning and lawn care services companythat has been setup to take care of the growing need for cleaning and lawn servicesin the country. KS. Limited was incorporated in 2007. It has its Head office in Accrawith branches in Kumasi,Takoradi andTamale.

y Since its inception, KS.Limited has carried out scores of services for offices,industries and residential concerns and as a result has acquired some experience inthe application of modern cleaning and lawn care methods/technique in dealing withclients.

y Individuals and institutions have a misconceived notion that the use of

unprofessional cleaners and gardeners are a cheaper source of labour. Suffice to saythat in the long run much more money and time is spent and therefore becomeseven more expensive.

y Our services are relatively less expensive. KS.Limited boasts of a formidable teamwith up-to-date equipment.

QUALITY CONTROL

As an established service provider, KS.Limited believes that to maintain a successful andprofessional cleaning and lawn care service we must ensure our staff are fully trained in the

use ofequipment, products and health and safety issues. We choose our staff carefully toensure they have the right attitude towards achieving the high standards that we demand.

When staffs are fully trained and operational we manage their progress and make regularquality control assessments at their workplace.

y For security purposes only authorized KS.Limited personnel will be allowed on site at thetimes agreed. All KS.Limited personnel will carry visible Identification and wear uniform at all

times.

An inspection of the site will be made weekly by one of KS.Limited Area Managers while the

cleaning operatives are on site and an inspection report generated monthly and kept on

record.T

his allows for any deviations from the specification to be rectified immediately andthe high standard of service to be monitored and maintained.The client is also welcome toemail or phone KS.Limited offices at any time to discuss the service or to make requests and

these will be acted upon immediately.
