Aim: To Enhance laparoscopic basic surgical skills among WOS trainees
Key Learning Topics: Basics of different methods of laparoscopic entry techniques Laparoscopic hand eye coordination and ergonomics The role of the assistant in laparoscopic surgery Basics of laparoscopic diathermy Laparoscopic tissue handling Laparoscopic dissection techniques Laparoscopic suturing and knot tying are surgical procedures that require a high
level of psychomotor skills and should be triggered and trained at an early phase of the clinical education cycle.
