TekStar systems are today’s advanced through wall systems for today’s advanced libraries! TekStar™ provides a high degree of fire suppression and safety features. TekStar™ systems can sense an unsafe condition using electronic smoke heat and ground-fault sensors, lock the depository doors, and shut itself down all in a split second. The angle and length of the entry chute and rear AirBlock™ System prevents reaching inside through the depository doors. Most liquids enter-ing the system through the depository openings are captured and channeled to outside the building.

For weather resistance the TekStar™ depository doors are flush mounted and open inward, close automatically, and have sealed technology that will not easily blow open. Equipped with an AirBlock™ System helps stabilize the temperature of incoming air before it enters the building.

TekStar™ is compatible with most conveyor systems and provide a built-in deshingler that helps to unstack materials before entering the conveyor system. Operates on standard 110/115 electrical ground fault circuits. Knock-outs holes provided for direct-wiring.

Heavy-duty, commercial-grade lock with Kingsley's three point latch system secures the door on the top, bottom, and opening side. Lock is weather sealed to help protect against freezing. Keyed lock can also be padlocked for additional security.
