Math: We will continue a review of subtraction strategies. Science: We will be learning about the characteristics of animals. Reminders Lunch time: 11:20, snack day is Wednesday. Homework: Reading sheets, spelling sheet, math sheet , reading log and sight word review. Spelling Words: look, write, other, many, these Important Info April 27 th - Field Trip to Food Lion & Biscoe Park April 28 th - Fitness-A-Thon after school until 4:00pm. Your child can participate if they donated money to the Fitness –A-Thon last week. May 1 st - All picture money is due. If you do not plan on purchasing your child’s pictures, please send the entire packet back to school so that you will not be charged for the cost of them. Thanks! May 8 th - Mother’s Day Luncheon. All Mother’s are invited to come eat lunch with their child. The cost of a school lunch plate is $3.00. Please let me know if you plan on attending. Mrs. Miller’s luncheon will be on Monday, May 11 th and Mrs. Tew’s luncheon will be on Tuesday, May 12 th . April 27th - Field Trip to Food Lion & Biscoe Park
