Departments of Health, Education, and Business & Skills) and the erstwhile UK Regional Development Agencies. She has also held senior parttime roles alongside her business, and nonexec / Board positions in higher/further education, housing, health, learning & skills, community development, contemporary arts, and the business sectors. Kiki was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours in June 2013 for services to women, and minorities in business after championing enterprise and business growth for these groups for many years, incl. being a appointed to a national business taskforce set up by exMinister and Select Committee Chair, Margaret Hodge. APPROACH TO COACHING Kiki is an advocate of the Situational Coaching Continuum developed by the late Eric Parsloe, one of the Founding Fathers of the coaching profession. This allows her to flexibly support coachees with their immediate challenges, as well as their longerterm emotional control and leadership effectiveness by being both authentic and selfaware. Her clients rapidly develop new skills and confidence as well as insights into the motivations of others, and how to improve team and organisational effectiveness. BACKGROUND Apart from her years as a management consultant with a wide range of organisations, some of which included business planning and development, Kiki has significant nonexec experience including Board Chair, steering significant service and financial improvements. Kiki is a keen supporter of entrepreneurial activity and has run business growth seminars for over 7,000 small business owners, including for Barclays, and Business Link.
