Important Notice! Our summer service schedule will begin on Friday, June 28. Shabbat evening services will be held throughout the summer on Friday at 8:00 pm in the air-conditioned comfort of the Nickelsporn Social Hall. There are no Shabbat morning services in the summer.

Looking Ahead to the High Holy Days While Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur always fall on the first and tenth days of the month of Tishri respectively, the dates of these sacred days vary from year to year on our secular calendar. This year, the High Holy Days are the earliest ever. Rosh Hashanah begins on Friday, September 6. Therefore, we are already beginning our preparations for the High Holy Days. Please watch your mail for information concerning tickets for our High Holy Day services and the Yom Kippur Yizkor Memorial Book. This year, we must be very strict about the deadline for the memorial book, so please respond as soon as

. you receive the mailing. The ritual committee will soon be assigning aliyahs and other honors for the High Holy Day services. If you have a special request, please contact our Ritual Committee Chairpeople, Hortense Gutmann and Blanche Dohrman or speak to Rabbi Brickman.
