Getting StartedFree Trial LinksWe have found that getting the product in the customer’s hands as soon as possible in the form factor most suited to their production deployment boosts the closure rate significantly. As a Certified Partner, you can now avail of a KEMP Virtual LoadMaster VLM-200 NFR (Not For Resale) License. Get in touch with your Account Manager for more details. We can also provide a unique trial URL, allowing us to track the number of trial downloads that have come from your unique URL.
For smaller test environments and those in the DevOps community, we can offer a free LoadMaster. While it is limited to 20Mbps throughput, online community support only and no HA deployment, it is a great way to get users on board at an earlier stage. The Free LoadMaster can be downloaded from freeloadbalancer.com.

TrainingOnline TrainingWe have recently launched Learn@KEMP. Learn@KEMP is KEMP Technologies’ online learning platform, which allows you to register and complete courses to become KEMP Certified. Learn@KEMP offers 4 online courses, to help you become a KEMP Certified Sales person, Engineer, Professional or Master, depending on the level of certification necessary for you and your job role.
If you are selling, supporting, designing, implementing, configuring or managing a KEMP LoadMaster load balancer, consider making the KEMP Certified Engineer (KCE) your immediate certification goal.
Then continue to aim higher with Advanced training to become a KEMP Certified Professional (KCP). Could you be one of the select few to achieve the gold standard of KEMP Certified Master (KCM)?

SupportWhat you need to know about KEMP SupportKEMP offers support in 3 categories; Basic, Premium, Premium Plus. The breakdown of each category is outlined in the table on the following page. Basic is included for free for one year with every LoadMaster product. Customers have the option to extend their support for more than one year and upgrade their support to a higher level of cover. This is a huge opportunity with every sale to increase your average deal size. Our 99% customer satisfaction level for Premium and Premium Plus support is testament to the best-in-industry cover that we provide; way above the industry average of 83%. Some of the additional benefits of Premium Plus support include a free VLM-200, free remote configuration services (RCS) and eligibility for harware refresh via a 3-year bundle.
