Industrial Estate is an area where the concentration of industrial activities is equipped
with facilities and supporting infrastructure developed and managed by Industrial Park

- Transportation networks
Supporting Infrastructure :
- housing;
- education and training;
- research and development;
- health;
- firefighters; and
- garbage dump (last disposal area of garbage)

In order to accelerate the development of infrastructure of Industrial Estate, especially electricity, the Government through GOI Reg. No.142/2015 concerning Industrial Estate article 42, provides an opportunity for Industrial Estate to seek the
management of electric power:
The industrial estate company is provided with facilities for the ease of development and management of electricity for its own needs and industries within the industrial
estate
Further provisions concerning facilities for the ease of development and management of electricity are stipulated in a ministerial regulation that carries out government affairs in the field of energy
and mineral resources”.

1. Obtain location certainty in accordance with RTRW, and obtain industrial lot according to required
size with proof of ownership of land rights (HGB)
2. Does not require construction costs to build infrastructure and
industrial facilities
3. The company located within the Industrial Zone does not need to
take care of the interruption permit, location permit, site plan
validation, the AMDAL study study is simpler (only UKL-UPL does not require ANDAL / RKL-
RPL), ANDALALIN
5. Through the program "Ease of Direct Investment Construction" (KLIK) from BKPM can directly
build the factory while licensing in the local government processed in
parallel

Deregulasi prosedur investasi: Pedoman dan Tata Cara Pengendalian dan Pelaksanaan Penanaman
Modal. Pedoman dan Tata Cara Perizinan dan Nonperizinan Penanaman
Modal. Kebijakan tersebut akan memberikan kepastian dalam layanan penerbitan Perizinan dan Nonperizinan termasuk mekanisme layanan online, SOP untuk Perizinan dan Nonperizinan, standarisasi pengawasan, pendampingan, dan fasilitasi kepada investor.

Layanan cepat izin investasi dalam waktu 3 jam dan penyederhanaan perizinan di kawasan industri.
Pengurangan total izin di sektor kehutanan dari 14 izin menjadi 6 izin Percepatan layanan permohonan insentif : tax allowance dari 28 hari
menjadi 25 hari; dan tax holiday dari 65 hari menjadi 45 hari. Pembebasan PPN untuk pembuatan kapal, kereta api, dan industri
pesawat terbang serta industri komponennya (PP No.69/2015). Pengembangan Pusat Logistik Terpadu di Cikarang, Jawa Barat untuk
industri manufaktur; dan Merak (Banten) untuk penyimpanan bahan bakar minyak.

2015). Ketenagalistrikan: Diskon tarif hingga 30 % untuk penggunaan
listrik pada tengah malam ( 11:00 ) sampai 05:00 pagi , penundaan dalam pembayaran listrik hingga 40 % untuk industri dan padat karya yang kurang kompetitif.

The predicted 5-year economic growth with 5-6% target is based on several things. :
1. Indonesia has the opportunity to accelerate economic growth supported by an increase in the availability
of a large productive / working age population, as a result of demographic bonuses in the period of 2025-
2033.

money market or capital markets, as well as expanding the reach of financial services.
