Our Bacterial Protection fabric has been engineered and treated especially to create a protective barrier against bacterial growth and to prevent odour.

Kappa’s Clima Protection has been designed using hi-tech fabrics to help keep the body at a constant temperature during climate and thermal changes.

This structure is a combination of Kappa’s hi-tech fabrics to give you a full windproof performance, ensuring a perfect transpiring action.

Water Protection fabric is made with a combination of highly water-resistant and water-repellent fabrics which guarantee an excellent performance even during difficult climatic conditions.

Item’s with Water Protection have been constructed to be a shield against water. The fabrics are totally water proof with heat sealed seams to ensure an absolute impermeability.

Our Breathability Protection fabric has been engineered to grant maximum breath-ability, as it allows air to pass through so perspiration can easily evaporate.

Items with UVA Protection offer a high level of protection against the harmful effects of UVA rays. Our hi-tech fabrics together with careful details ensure the best performance and protection, always.

Hydro-way perormance fabric includes our high performance fabric Quick Dry, which has been engineered to draw heat away from the skin and keep the body cool and dry.

CLEANCOOL ANTI-MICROBIAL FABRIC

With [Ag+] contained in the fiber, CleanCool Anti-Microbial fabric eliminates highly tolerant MRSA as well as Staphyococcus and Pheumococcus in a short time which maintains freshness in garments by eliminating bacteria that causes odour.

Over time people have experimented using the material in cutlery and jewlery as we all know.

Realsing its safety on the human body, technicians have developed a new fabric containing Silver fibres making the fabric different to any other chemical finish.

The anti-bactirial effect from this fabric is extremely durable.

A critical component for any clothing system is the next-to-skin layer, which must provide the basis of a sweat management system. Our CleanCool fabric does that, and more.

CleanCool combines the softness of cotton and the cool, easy care properties of polyester to keep you fresh and cool at all times.

With its anti-microbial effect, CleanCool also protects the human body from harmful germs.

The secret of CleanCool is in its multi-channel cross section, special textile design and unique finishing. It applies to the capillarty theory of textile development, moving moisture away from the outer layer of the fabric. It then dries that moisture faster than any other fabric and thermo-regulates the body.

Despite its relatively hydrophobic basis, the integral surface channels and the resulting greater surface area of CleanCool, provide a greater ability to transport moisture along the surface of the fiber.

The irregular network of fibres create numerous contact points, giving rise to capillarty action, which is important for the transport of liquid moisture.

These multi-fiber contact points do not occur with traditional round fibres because of their geometry.

These characteristics of CleanCool ensure that perspiration does not accumulate and quickly reaches the surface, where it is released to the surrounding air helping the skin to stay drier, for longer.

Although CleanCool fabrics move moisture quickly, individual fibers do not absorb moisture readily. In fact about 1% by weight compared with over 10% for cotton fibres.

This helps CleanCool fabrics to dry quickly and reduce the potential for odor, bateriological or mildew attack. Additionally, with its anti-microbial component, [Ag+] contained in the fiber CleanCool eliminates various harmful and odor causing germs.
