We understand the hours of training, practising the same drills, turning up in the rain ... but we really understand laughing with each other in the clubhouse and having fun, urging each other on when it all looks beyond us and pushing ourselves to our absolute limits until the very last second.

We love teams, we love being part of a great team, and we want you to be proud of being part of our team too.

Since 1999 Team Kukri has shown what real teamwork 'can do'. We now have an unlimited number of design options. You can choose from over 40 different fabrics in 22 different colours. Over the past 13 years we've really got carried away and now supply teamwear for over 75 different sports.

We are so very proud of this and very proud of our teams.

OUR STORY It seems like only yesterday that Kukri was born in the attic of a house in Middlesex. Fast-forward thirteen years and here you are, reading ·our first ever printed brochure. Kukri is now a truly international company, with offices in Preston, Lisburn, Auckland, Brisbane and Vancouver, two factories in South-East China, a rapidly expanding team and more great clubs wearing our kit than ever before. We've came a long way since those humble beginnings, and it's been quite a journey!

The name 'Kukri' took its inspiration from the knife used by the famous Royal Gurkha Rifles, as well as Hong Kong-based rugby team the Flying Kukris - one of our first customers, and still wearing the Kukri Chang after all this time! This is just one of the great, lasting partnerships and friendships we've made along the way - something we're really proud of. And it's not just the fantastic elite teams we partner, such as Ulster Rugby, Lancashire County Cricket Club and England Netball, but our grass-roots and amateur teams- the guys who turn up after a day's work, in the pouring rain, for the love of the game. We know how you feel, as we're out there on the field ourselves after the hard work is done!

Here at Kukri, we know some of the headaches that you brave souls who organise teamwear orders go through! So we're helping you out by introducing our brand new Team Shop Builder - which, very simply, allows you to build an online shop for your club.

Choose from our ever-growing range of stock products to add to your shop, add your club's logos, and then all you need to do is pass the shop link to your clubmates - they order (and pay for) their kit directly. You can even choose to alter the prices so some money goes to the club for every transaction! All kit ordered will be delivered, fully embroidered and/or printed, within 5 working days, unless otherwise stated . . So no more scraping together orders, no more chasing money - no more stress! Bow To ... Step 1 Go to www.teamshopbuilder.co.uk and click 'Create Your Shop'

Step 4 The shop is now created -time to add your products. Click the 'Products' tab on the top toolbar. You can create separate product categories from this tab - e.g. playing, training and leisurewear. You can delete items, or add more, through this tab -so don't worry about getting everything in there first time around!

Step 7 Pass your Shop's web-link to your teammates - they order their kit directly from us. We'll process the order, take payment, badge up their kit, and deliver it to their door, usually within just one week.

Step 2 Fill in your details as Shop Manager. You'll then receive an activation email - click on the link in this e-mail to activate your account. Easy-peasy!

Step 5 Add your team's logos by selecting 'Badge Manager' from the top toolbar.

St~p 3 Fi~l in your Shop details, including name, description and addresses. You can add your banners and colour schemes here if you're feeling creative!

Step 6 The Product Customisations tab is where you select which logos, names, numbers, initials and slogans will be applied to which products. You can also add a supplement charge at this stage to make money for your team.

J'ERSEYf~ Our Rugby jerseys are made from super strong but lightweight Kohilo Polyester with a fashionable stand-up poly-twill collar, and they're available in a full range of colours to match the co-ordinated stock range. The loose-fit jersey is built to sit comfortably, with longer sleeves and a straighter cut - ideal for leisurewear, or for those who prefer a more generous fit. The tight-fit jersey is engineered with a tapered fit and shorter sleeves to hug the figure, leaving as little excess fabric as possible to get in your way or be grabbed at by opposition players! We love subl~tion! It is a method of applying a printed design to a garment. This involves a transfer process which uses heat and pressure to take the design from paper to the surface of the fabric - giving you total freedom over the design and colour of your kit!

WHY CHOOSE SUBLIMATION? Sublimation is great for a number of reasons: it is super

versatile meaning you can have a design as wacky as you like, in any possible combination of colours. Sublimation also prints everything at once, including names, numbers and any logos

meaning that you can add as many of these as you like without affecting the cost. Because the logos are transferred as part of the design, it keeps the garment light which is always a bonus

and enables you to play to your best.

ARTWORK

We always aim to produce the highest quality products possible. In order to do this it is essential that we receive high quality artwork. We need logos for embroidery, print and sublimation to be provided in either of the following formats.

Vectorised File - (.ai or .eps) These are the preferred formats for all decoration and will provide a high quality finish. This is especially important for sublimation and to produce prints.

High Resolution PDF- (.pdf) This format is fine for all decoration as long as the original file was produced in a vector based program such as Adobe Illustrator.

Colours - PMS or Pantone references must be provided if you require an exact colour match, otherwise standard Kukri colours will be used. Please refer to our website for Kukri colours.

Fonts - Provide fonts or font names where applicable.

Embroidery Disks - If you require an embroidery then an embroidery disk will be needed. If you do not possess the disk one can be made for you (surcharges may apply) .

UPLOADING & MAINTAINING .YOUR LOGOS ..................................................................................................... .

You can add your logos to your designs on Kit Designer by simply uploading them.

Some key points to get you on your way to becoming the next top designer:

1) Before uploading ensure your logo is in either a png, jpg or gif format.

2) Your logo name should not have any spaces for example - kukri logo.png should be kukri_logo.png.

3) Steps to adding your logo on stage 2 of Kit Designer:

@Click on the upload button to launch the search logos window.

@Click on the '>>Upload' text at the top left of the window. Upload your logos by browsing your computer and agreeing to the terms and conditions.

@Once you've uploaded your logos, in the 'Search' window click on the binoculars to search - check the 'include preview check box' to see thumbnails of your logos.

@Click on your desired logo for it to appear in the Kit Designer window.

@ If you have already uploaded a logo and want it to appear in the Kit Designer window, launch the search logos screen and click on the binoculars.

The Academy section of the Jersey Rugby Football Club has been a client of Kukri for four years now and we are already preparing our order for the 2012/13 season. At the present time the Academy has 620 playing members (boys and girls) and a cadre of volunteer coaches and squad managers of close to 100. Through generous funding from our sponsor Dominion, we provide each player and coach with a wet top, shorts, tracksuit bottoms and of course each of our 12 squads has a set of Kukri match jerseys.

Carl Bailey, our Client Manager, is a regular visitor to the Island and we feel that he, and Joanna back at HQ, understand our needs and provide ' us with the sort of client relationship that shows that Kukri understands it's clients.
