SHERMAN ~ CARNEY
Kevin and Brigitte Sherman, of Cape May Court House announce the engagement of their daughter, Danielle Sherman to Andrew Carney, son of Charles and Suzanne Carney of Dennis Township.
The couple met in 2003, their senior year at Middle Township high school and both went on to Rowan University. Danielle graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and Drew a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. Danielle continued on to the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and received an Advance Degree in Nursing. She is currently a Registered Nurse with AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center. Drew has recently earned his Masters Degree in Health Promotion from Virginia Tech and is employed with the college’s Recreation Department.
Danielle is the granddaughter of Denis and Claudette Deschatelets of Goshen and John and Elizabeth Sherman of Cape May Court House and Drew is the Grandson of Maryanne Carney and the late Jerry Carney and the late Wilson and Bernadine Simpkins.
On November 16, 2009, Drew proposed to Danielle on the beach in Cancun Mexico during a beautiful sunrise. The couple is building a home in Cape May Court House.

SAVASTA ~ MORHAUSER
Dominick and Pauline Savasta of Little Egg Harbor announce the engagement of their daughter, Gina Marie, to Justin Morhauser, the son of Robert Morhauser of Madison, WI and Penelope Sawyer of Manahawkin.
The bride-to-be is a 1997 graduate of Pinelands Regional High School, Little Egg Harbor and is employed by J. F. Kiely Construction Co of Egg Harbor Twp.
Her fiancee is a 1999 graduate of Highlands Ranch High School, Highlands Ranch, CO, and is a truck driver and heavy equipment operator.
The wedding is planned for May 2011.

Mathew Landicini and Amy Kahn of Egg Harbor City are happy to announce their engagement. The couple became engaged February 1, 2009.
Mathew is the son of Christopher Landicini of Bensalem, PA, and Linda Landicini of South Egg Harbor. He is employed by the Egg Harbor City Police Department. Amy is the daughter of Ronald Kahn Sr. of Hamminton and the late Margaret Kahn. She is employed by Jacobs and Barbone, P.A.
A November 2010 wedding is planned in Montego Bay, Jamaica along with a post reception at the Buena Vista Country Club.

Joseph and Nancy Hall of Somers Point are pleased to
announce the engagement of their daughter Kathryn Courtney
Hall to Michael Eric Eykyn of Egg Harbor Township, son of
Jody Eykyn of Point Pleasant and Charles Eykyn of Egg Harbor
Township.
Kathryn received her Masters of Science in Teaching from
Rowan University in 2008. She is currently a kindergarten
teacher in Dennis Township. Michael received his BS in
Accounting from Rowan University in 2006. He is currently
employed by the New Jersey Water Company in Delran.
An October 15, 2010 wedding is planned in Margate, New
Jersey.
KATHRYN HALL AND MICHAEL EYKYN
URBON
Kathy and Victor Urbon of Linwood celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on December 19th, 2009. They were honored by family and friends throughout the month of December.
Kathy of Wilmington, CA, and Victor of Blackwood, NJ, met and married in Naples, Italy, while Victor served in the U.S. Navy and Kathy taught elementary school. She also was a homemaker and high school administrative assistant upon returning to the area. Kathy was also named to the Atlantic County Women’s Hall of Fame in 2006. Victor retired after an extensive banking career in 1995 and from the Navel Reserves as a Commander in 1993. They enjoy spending time with their children Mark, Michael and Monica, along with their six grandchildren Chelsea, Christina, Michael Jr., Zoe, Madison and Austin. They both enjoy traveling, golfing, boating and volunteering for various charitable and social organizations.

LUCASIt’s a girl!
Paul and Vickie Lucas of Ventnor, proudly announce the birth of their second daughter, Grace Julianna Lucas, born October 22, 2009, at 3:32pm in Drexel Hill, Pa. Grace weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20 and a half inches long. Her sister Lauren, born in 2008, welcomes her new playmate!
