PROJECT MEETINGS

During the first meeting the project coordinator made a general presentation of the partnership and insisted on the

importance of collaborative work. He also reminded partners that the partnership is meant for pupils who suffer from

learning and behaviour difficulties and who easily give up when they face difficulties. To meet their needs and

expectations, the coordinator urged partners to apply the appropriate methodology so as to help them learn by doing

and stimulate them to become active, inventive, cooperative and responsible for their learning.

Then, he asked national coordinators to present what they have done in their schools so far.

All the national coordinators confirmed that:

they had build their team, they had translated the project in their national language, they had disseminated the project in their schools and local communities they had built their target groups according to the selection criteria agreed on during the preparatory visit in

France (pupils who are at risk of school dropout), they all confirmed they had got the required equipment to undertake all scheduled activities.

During the following days, partners worked together and planned the activities, shared tasks amongst themselves, agreed on the procedures and fixed the deadlines:

1. Each partner school agreed: to create a special page on their school website dedicated to the dissemination of the project as soon as

possible. A link to the official project’s website will be put on it; to prepare an Erasmus corner in their school and will update it through the three years of the project; to integrate two extra teaching hours into the school curriculum to be able to implement the project. to start organizing selective collecting of waste by pupils and have them make posters to promote the activity

from 1st December 2015.

to organize 2 study visits for pupils before end of June 2016. After each visit pupils will organize a photo

exhibition and write an article and upload it on the project website. Then, they will have a videoconference

with another European group.(see the planning table further down)

to have pupils adopt a small parcel of land inside or outside the school and turn it into a citizen garden.

2. The ICT workshop will be organized in Lithuania from the 18 th to 22nd January 2016 included. Three teachers from

every partner institution will attend it. It is meant to help teachers become familiar with various digital and ICT

on the project website.

4. The first common questionnaire will be submitted to learners from the 1st to 5th February: pupils involved will fill in

the questionnaire online via Google Forms. Then, an over–all synthesis table will be made and uploaded on the
