A. Develop an innovative queue management service for truck arrival at ports, based on virtual queueing and Just-In-Time arrival
B. Pilot and validate the operational and business viability of the service in real life conditions at the ports of Helsinki and Tallinn
C. Prepare the business exploitation of the service and its wider commercialization
