June 18-29 & July 9-20, 2018 As Italian Americans, it is our duty to raise our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren to become good citizens of this country and to em- brace the land of our ancestors. But who knew that learning the Italian lan- guage and culture could be so much fun? At Casa Italia’s summer camp, chil- dren between the ages of 4 and 16 dance, sing, act and play their way to a deeper appreciation of all that Italy has to offer. Along the way, they absorb key words and phrases in Italian and develop a better under- standing of Italy’s history and heritage. The pride they feel as they master their numbers and colors or buy fruits and vegetables in Italian at the market is priceless, and the journey we take them on is surprisingly affordable.
