Recipe of the Month shy Seafood Spaghetti SauceThis is an easyshytoshymake seafood spaghetti sauce recipe that tastes really really good This recipe comes infour varieties
Red Clam Sauce
Saute 2 medium onions in 2 tbsp olive oil until tender Add 2 cloves of minced garlic 1 can crushed tomato14 can of water salt pepper and crushed red pepper(to taste) and 12 c fresh chopped parsley Simmer for1 hour Add drained clam juice from 6 chowder clamsand water if needed bring to a boil Add choppedclams right before serving Serve over pasta
White Clam SauceSaute 2 cloves of minced garlic in 34 c of olive oil Addsalt pepper 12 c of white wine Cook briefly Add 1tbsp of parsley and add strained juice from 6 chowderclams Right before serving add the minced clams Serve over pasta
