Meghraj families are basically from village name Khatarki, this Khatarki village was located near Tungabhadra dam and village was washed out in the river tunga-bhadra so this reason this families shifted to the Bhagyanagar Dist- Koppal, some families shifted to Hagribonnalli Dist- Bellary. Even we can see this families in Mumbai also, it said those 70 – 80 years back Akkasa – Tukksa were from meghraj family and owned very big clothes and oil business. Our community from Karnataka’s who traveled to Mumbai for the business purpose use to stay at Akkasa –Tukkas shelter and live at their home till they finish their business. Meghraj families are also seen in Bangalore and they are famous business man in silks sarees business and colour dyeing works. Many meghraj families can see in Bangalore. Same wise Karnataka’s Badami taluk in Guledagudd the well know famous family kavade are famous business man in silk and khana sarees business. Guledagudd’s H.H. The Guru Principle is said to be a thousand times more active on the day of Gurupurnima than on any other day. The word guru is de- rived from two words, gu and ru. The Sanskrit root gumeans darkness or ignorance, and ru denotes the remover of that darkness. Therefore, a guru is one who removes the darkness of our ignorance. Gurus are believed by many to be the most necessary part of life. On this day, disciples offer puja or pay respect to their guru. Every Tuesday all women participated to decorate devi in different special decorations. On 05-07-2016 the devi was decorated by neem leaves and lemon fruits, on 12-07-2016 the devi was decorated by bhandar puja, on 19-07-2016 the devi was decorated by kumkum puje, on 26-07-2016 decoration will be of roses, on 02-08-2016 decoration will be of sarees. Somavansh Sahsrarjun Kshatriya Samaj Mahila Mandal And Tarun Sangh and many devotees were present. Secunderabad - Hindi writing contest held by Daily Hindi Milaap Paper. Who Manohar Kosandar is a most well known as the writer of our S.S.K. Community. & Which won him the first prize in Daily Hindi Milaap Paper. Hubballi Dajibanpeth- Tuljabhavani temple Pujari Shri Raju Habib, Shri Narayan Kalburgi and Jituri and there family performed the various religious rituals during the Adhik Masa. The Adhik Masa is also known as Purushottama Masa and the thirty good activities associated with it are said to yield good rewards. Tirtha Snana (bathing in holy water), giving alms, observing Upavasa and other vows are part of the rituals. The Devi idol was decorated with different lovely Fruits on 3rd Tue 19th July. Many devotees took darshan of devi and offered arti and prasad. Manohar Kosandar of secunderabad bags first Prize in Hindi writing 10 PAGES FOUNDATION DISTRIBUTE FREE PC TO ORPHAN AGED AND PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED SCHOOLS.
