The Junior Pharmacists’ Association – Gamma Chapter of the University of Santo Tomas is an organization of Pharmacy students, under the Faculty of Pharmacy. The organization aims to provide the members a ground for academic, social and spiritual development. We are privileged to conduct activities that are beneficial to our fellow students and expose them to other fields of endeavor.

The Junior Pharmacists’ Association-Gamma Chapter has over 1500 members. To further extend the contribution of the organization, we aim to engage more students by having a privilege card wherein students can patronize your company’s products and services. Memorandum of Agreement

This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the Junior Pharmacists’ Association-Gamma Chapter and ________________________________. In consideration of the premises and mutual promises set forth herein, the parties, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:

1. Business. The partner company will provide ___________________________ for every privilege card shown by members of the Junior Pharmacists’ Association.

2. Duration. The partnership and stipulations written in this memorandum of agreement takes effect once the Memorandum Of Agreement is signed and will end on June 2016. No establishment will be allowed to terminate the deal within the time frame, unless acknowledged by the Executive Board of the Junior Pharmacists’ Association-Gamma Chapter, once this agreement is signed by the parties involved.

3. Responsibilities of the Organization. a. Provide a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)b. Advertise the partner company through social networking sites and all other

events and activities of the organization for the whole academic year.c. Provide the privilege card to the members.

4 Promotional Limitation . Except as expressly provided herein, neither the partner company nor JPA shall have the right to use in any way the corporate or trade name, trademark(s), service mark(s), logo(s), or other identification of the other party after the duration of the event agreed upon by both parties without their written consent or verbal approval.

5 Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties hereto relating to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes any all prior agreements, arrangement, communications, or representations, whether oral or written. This Agreement may not be amended, altered, modified or changed except by a writing signed by both parties hereto.
