Post Vendor SummitSeveral actions have been taken after the summit.
• Project Manager Summit• Held before FY13 projects start, to encourage the face to face communications among Autodesk
Program Managers and Vendor Project Managers.
• Tools Evaluation:• Autodesk started to looking for more simplified project management tool to improve collaboration. The
vendor Project Managers will be invited to take part in this evaluation. This is a very good practice that vendors can be involved before any new tools are introduced.
• Platform Enhancement: • Autodesk continuously improves the integrated platform like GMS (WorldServer +Trisoft). • Vendors often found that the platform offers increasing productivities since actions
and improvements are constantly driven and executed by Autodesk.
