Josephine County Commissioners Partners With Federal Land Grabby JT

February 18, 2015 Josephine County, Oregon Board of County Commissioners (BCC) had on their menu the recipe for a Federal Land Grab presented as a sweet

deal.

Individually and separately each item on this agenda appears to be exclusive, however, as one looks closer it is easy to see each piece fits together completing the puzzle, which once completed, is not a pretty picture.

Administrative Actions of concern included a proposed Contract for Personal Services between Josephine County and Mark VonHolle. (See Item1.b.)

Sandi Cassanelli addressed this and other issues well, stating “giving money to VonHolle would be a waste of Economic Development money” (EDC).

Cherryl Walker stated that after much due diligence she discovered VonHolle's past questionable reputation appeared to be a “scam,” that no previous business transactions had come to fruition with VonHolle. This decision resulted in tabling BCC proposed contract with VonHolle.

This action was admirable in what appeared to be BCC acting in the best interest of Josephine County taxpayers but further down on the menu is item 1.c., which reads as follows;

1.c. Approval of Order No. 2015-007; In the Matter of Natural Resource Coordination Plan; Amendment to the Federal Coordination Policy; Amends Order No. 2012-038

Sugar coated words, which using discernment, deciphers as maneuvering an underhanded

scheme to appear to be “legal” as opposed to “lawful,” which could result in acquiring all the Natural Resources, while acting in coordination with Federal agencies, whose Corporate Headquarters are in Washington D.C..

Apparently, VonHolle past business transactions parallel this same tactic.

The next item listed on BCC Weekly Business Session on 2 18 2015;

ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION(S) IN CONSIDERATION OF;

1.d. Approval of Coordination Letter to Federal Agencies regarding Participation in Federal Land Use Planning Efforts.

This author addressed BCC with concerns that this agenda appears to be nothing other than steps in a Federal Land Grab much like that Cliven and Carol Bundy are fighting in the state of Nevada.

There Federal agencies, including Bureau of Land Management (BLM), are attempting to take control of most of the land in Nevada. The amount of acreage involved increased immensely, in retaliation by BLM, for the Bundy's fighting for their lawful land rights.

In Nevada, Bundy's cattle were killed and bulldozed into shallow graves and partially covered, family members were arrested, shoved, pushed to the ground, kicked and held at gunpoint by BLM Federal Agents all due to the fact Bundy's are fighting for and protecting their cattle grazing and land rights. This author has held numerous conversations with the Bundy family while following Media and Bundy videos on Cliven Bundy, one of America's “Last Heroes”.

This type of battle may ensue in Oregon should JoCo BCC partner with BLM and other Federal Agencies as it pertains to February 18, 2015 Weekly Business Session Agenda 1.c. and 1.d as well as other items not yet presented to Josephine County residents. In other words, the puzzle is not yet completed.

To further support this author's suspicion of Federal Land grab in the works, it was recently discovered on February 21, 2015, there now exists a newly erected fence approximately a thousand feet in length located at mile marker 2 at “Six Mile” in Josephine County, Oregon.

According to one source, who lives in that vicinity and travels that road almost daily, that fence “appeared” within the last month. This appears to be another “Grandfathered In Clause” much like the proposed Initiative 91 tax for which BCC attempted to back date to October 2014, sneaking in a county tax on a state regulated business not “lawful” or “legal” until July 2015, and which was not presented to the public until November 2014.

BCC, Simon Hare, reassured this author that Josephine County would be the responsible authority for these above listed proposals, which is good to know should lawsuits begin due to Federal Agencies and the county beginning unlawful Natural Resource or Land use Planning and/or Zoning actions against rightful property owners without their consent or authorization. Attempted Eminent Domain actions would probably result in the end.

BCC Hare's comments confirm relief may be granted to potentially aggrieved landowners through Administrative Remedy addressed to Josephine County Commissioners, for which every business in the county operates under their authority.

Just the last photo alone indicates Federal Agencies, BLM, Code of Federal Regulations, are acting with State of, Oregon, and City of, Grants Pass, which is situated in Josephine County, as is this location of newly erected fence one month prior to this listed item on JoCo BCC Agenda dated February 18, 2015.

It appears the cart got before the horse since these evidence photos clearly shows, and witnesses concur, the fence was built prior to approval, which is yet another issue.

Numerous Hollywood actors were employed to promote the agenda of Conservation International (CI). This is Nature Conservancy's global partner. In this video Julia Roberts is the voice of Mother Nature and indicates “Nature doesn't need people” and “ The Soil Tells People They Treat It Like Dirt”.

Other actors are, perhaps unwittingly, promoting this Conservation International global agenda which trickles down to county agencies acting in cooperation with Federal Agencies.

The mission objective is clearly a Land Grab through Agenda 21, using “Metro” trained Land Use Planners and Zoning Officers as a collective operation resulting in complete ownership of subsurface resources, which includes methane, gas, oil, mineral, water, etc., surface land rights, and obviously air rights as well.

Going back to February 11, 2015 Josephine County Weekly Business Session, Cassanelli points out Item 1.c. refers to Airport Manager Larry Graves accidentally inadvertently omitted “Exhibit A” for the AWOS Project.

Another piece to the puzzle that when looked at individually seem to have no connection, put putting pieces together one sees the final completed puzzle.

“Exhibit A” refers to the 'per hour' pay rate W.H.Pacific will charge the County for its planning services.

Part of the December 18, 1971, Public Law 92-203, the "Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act," signed into law by President Nixon reads as follows;

On December 18, 1971, Public Law 92-203, the "Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act," was signed into law by President Nixon. Public Law 92-203 was enacted by Congress to settle the claim of Alaska's native Indian Aleut and Eskimo population to aboriginal title to the land on which they have lived for generations.

Details one should pay attention to are located this next section of the contract;

VII. General Summary of the Provisions of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act

1. Land

Again, using discernment let the reader note in the last line it reads “...title to the land on which they have lived for generations.” That is deceptive writing at its best and should read more clearly something to the effect of; “as title to the land for which they have lawfully claimed, rightful lawful owners thereof, or lawfully possessed for generations.”

Federal Land grabbing Agencies are notorious in their inadvertent errors and omissions in contract writing, not unlike Mortgage and Real Estate companies neglecting to mention to you, as the buyer, in your “purchase and sales agreement” the buyer is actually listed as the “Tenant” not the “Owner”.

Go back and read your Mortgage should this draw your attention. The same deceptive trickery applies to the alleged “purchase,” which is merely a “Lease Agreement,” of your actually state owned “Vehicle.” The Manufacturers Statement of Origin (MSO) is delivered to the state, they own the “Title,” you have a “Certificate of Title,”meaning a title exists..... somewhere.

So , now several pieces of the puzzle have been put together rather than just looking at a piece here and there which keeps one from visualizing a completed jigsaw puzzle as the big picture.

These acts are done so by deliberateness by design. But if one puts all the pieces on the table and diligently puts every small tightly fitting part together it will soon become clear exactly what the final picture really is, and it isn't pretty.

The upcoming Agenda 21 Federal Land Grab is is not a rapid fire quick choke hold. It slowly, methodically strangles and suffocates the life out of those rightful landowners through stealth and deceit.
