Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: I have been fortunate to be able to provide legal services around the world with Baker and Mckenzie (lived in Prague and Frankfurt) but traveled all over Eastern Europe; served legal missions for the Mormon church in the former Soviet Union, Philippines, Chile and BYU Hawaii and before that was an officer and chief legal counsel for Boise Cascade Corporation.

Masters in Middle East Area Studies and Arabic from U of U. Worked as Middle East current intelligence analyst at DIA in Pentagon. Traveled extensively in Middle East (personally briefed President Mubarak of Egypt) and Africa (Africa Branch Chief on Joint Chiefs of Staff). Served in 2 diplomatic assignments in US Embassies in Rabat, Morocco (Director of Morocco/US Liaison Office) and Paris (Air/Defense Attache). My background and experience have developed in me a passion for travel.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: After graduation I served a LDS mission in Great Britain. I returned and worked as an electronic technician for a few years.. Graduated from the U of U with a BS degree . Graduated from Case Western Reserve U in 1970 with a dental degree . Later attended Loma Linda U. and received an Anesthesia permit. Work with Special Management Dental Patients . Retired a few years ago, and now serving in the Oakland temple. I am involved with Angle Flight West and fly medically comprised patients from remote locations to major medical centers.

Branch manager for a large produce company, managing a branch in Roseburg Oregon and Pasco Washington. became a retail store manager then a supervisor over 30 stores. also supervised 3 retail bakeries. Developed my own business selling recorded books through travel stores where people stopped for gas and snacks. Also set up 3 rental location in travel stores for recorded books. Sold the business and moved to Montana in 1996. Created a produce market garden and sold the produce I grew .

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: I lived many places around the United States to include living in Berlin,Germany I was often left alone to take care of kith and kin while my hubby was off for 30 yrs peace keeping. We both have been retired for many years. We have been enjoying the great grand chillins and traveling when we are well enough to do so. Our family is our mainstay and the greatest support we have. Five East High Alumni have had lunch together for many many years. We are now down to four with the passing of our dear friend Sharon Snyder Kammerath. Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Following HS and college, spent two years teaching in Iran and traveled around the world. Then graduated from Princeton Seminary (NJ). Pastor in Chicago, Michigan, Salt Lake City, California, and Colorado. Highlights include trekking the Inca Trail to Macha Picchu, Peru, and several trips to Scotland where son and family live and teach at University of Edinburgh. Organized and led six groups on trips abroad and the Holy Lands in particular. Aside from the usual aches and pains of a 78 year old, I am "in good shape for the shape I'm in" and therefore enjoy an active life-style.

Family: Single. Wife was Eleen Collins from Paris, Idaho. She died in 2008.

Interests: Hunting, backpacking, studying ancient Indian ruins, cultures, and petroglyphs.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Graduated from: Church College of Hawaii--Associate degree. BYU--Bachelor degree. U of U--Master Degree. I also attended Westminster College. Did my time in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Traveled through the South Pacific, Canada, and Mexico. Published several books on my family history. Worked with Boy Scouts for over 60 years and received the Silver Beaver award. I moved to Arizona in 1983 and enjoy not having to shovel 110 degrees off the driveway to get my car out of the garage.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Raising a beautiful family, chairman of Festival of Trees, VP of Music Club, chairman of Miss Idaho Falls Pageant, music docent in children's elementary schools, started the PTA program at children's junior high school, PTA president at the elementary school, room mother each year, Booster Club presidents at the high school, multiple church callings in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for both my husband and me including a 3 year mission to Belgium. We met at the University of Utah. Both of us are University of Utah graduates.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: After high school, I graduated from Westminister in 1961 with a BS in economics and business administration. Met Vicki Cushing (class of '55 at East). We were married for 54 1/2 years. I have worked in sales for my entire career before retiring in 2008 from Uinta Golf. I spend my days golfing, visiting with family and neighbors and walking my dog, Annie.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: U of U Marketing, 2 yrs Paris, France (civilian status) Army intelligence. Flunky to owner in Broadcast, Advertising Agency, Public Relations, Marketing & Public Opinion Research company, focus group moderating. Retired to Cape Cod, small fishing town of Wellfleet near the tip of the Cape. (Pop. 2,300.) Oyster all winter and clam all summer...in between golf, photography, woodworking, travel and cooking (thanks to doctors - triple bypass, two hips and one shoulder replacement). Worth more as scrap metal these days!

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Five wonderful years abroad in Quito, Ecuador drilling up the Oriente Jungle with Texaco. Thereafter 5 more years globe trotting including drilling up the Peten in Guatemala. All of this with family. Got all our great kids educated in Texas all of whom are still residing there with us. Now semi retired on beautiful rural acreage west of Fort Worth, and staying active with neighborhood and small city politics including former stint as Mayor of our little town. Wife Stevie is still as beautiful and considerate and she was when I met her in Ms. Bowmans mixed chorus class.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Married Hack Lewis, class of 1953 (Deceased in 2009). Graduated University of Utah in Elementary Education. Taught school for 15 years. Now we spend much of our time with grandchildren and keeping busy with community affairs.
