AC100 SYSTEM COMMERCIAL DOOR AND FRAMING STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS The AC100 commercial door and framing system is a 100x45mm non thermal pocket glazed system. The door leaves are available in either centre hung, centre hung with anti-finger trap hinge stiles or rebated. Standard Specifications:

Closer Axim 8800 concealed overhead closer and threshold pivot, side load arrangement to all centre hung doors. Rebated doors with Axim 1500 face fixed closer in silver anodised finish and 2No. silver Dorma LM hinges. Available hold open/non hold open.

Lock Adams Rite MS2200 hook lock with either double cylinder or cylinder with thumbturn. Each cylinder with 2No. keys and silver anodised escutcheons.

Panic Bars Axim 7085 concealed vertical rod panic bar in silver anodised finish. Where external access is required a standard pad handle will be fitted to the outside of the door only. Axim panic bars are supplied as standard with dogging (rod hold-back) facility as standard.

Handles 250mm plain pad handles to both sides of each door leaf.

Flush Bolts 1No. pair flush bolts to slave leaf of double doors in silver anodised finish.

Threshold Silver anodised drained double ramp threshold.

Hinges 2No. Dorma LM load bearing & adjustable hinges per leaf in silver anodised finish on rebated doors.

Cills Our standard cill is 18mm high and 150mm long and is provided with end caps in either white or black

Door Stops Single action centre hung doors are provided with 1No. door stop, colour matched to the colour of the door and supplied loose. Full height rebate stop also available.

Glazing Doors and framing supplied unglazed, with the retained gasket fitted and wedge gasket supplied loose.
