For the job I highlighted skills that would be useful to the company. For the resume I ordered it to highlight my skills and education in the risk analysis field. I made sure that the first thing a recruiter looks at is the classes I took here at Penn State. The cover letter highlights what I learned here at Penn State and my fictional job experience. It is my hope that my skill set will be enough for a recruiter to call me in for an interview.

They look for these individuals because it shows that they are leaders in their field and that they arewilling to take up more responsibilities that are required from them. This Job would be taxing on individuals and all the responsibilities would be on them.

These people would see if they are leadership material and if they themselves are sociable. They would be looking for people that can do the job and for people that has a strong work ethic. Rhetorical Analysis:

I once again highlighted skills that the company will be looking for. I made sure that my resumewas ordered by my skills.
