    5-Make monthly DPR,Line Efficiency,Rejection Chart,Safety Goals in every months.

    6-Always should be punctuality in your work place .

    7-Always Handling the problem according to the situation and always in positive

    attitude.

    8-Solve any problem related with machines & other things,

    9-Tool issue according to the use in machines from store.

    10-Measures against plan change/Shortage/abnormal climates etc.

    11-Training Plan for Multiskill worker & its Implementation.

    12-Working as a Team leaders to make a winning team Through Team Dynamics.
