1. Howmucharethe‘’facevalue’’tickets?ThefacevalueoftheticketpricesisbetweenSGD148andSGD348(excludingbookingfee).PleasenotethatabookingfeeofSGD4perticketwillalsoapplytoallbookings.

2. Whatisunethicalsecondaryticketingandticketresale?

Unethical secondary ticketing iswhen tickets arepurchased at face value and re-sold at inflatedpricesvianon-artistapprovedorunauthorisedplatforms,thusdenyingthefansthechancetobuyatfacevalue.AnyticketspurchasedfromthirdpartywebsitesandunauthorisedresellerssuchasViagogo,StubHub,Carousellorsimilararenotvalidforentryatthevenue.

Whywillmynamebeprintedontheticketspurchased?Inordertoputastoptothesecondaryticketingmarket,absurdpricesandfanrip-offs,all ticketssoldarepersonalizedandthenameoftheticketpurchaser(SportsHubTixaccountholder)willbeprintedonallofhis/herticket(s).Thenameregisteredtoandprintedontheticketscannotbechanged.Thepromoterreservestherighttocheckauthenticityoftheticketandpersonaldata.For online purchases, the name providedwhen creating the Sports Hub Tix account will be thenameregisteredtoandprintedontheticket(s)purchased.PleaseensurethatyourfullnameasinyourphotoIDisprovidedwhencreatingtheSportsHubTixaccount.Intheeventofanyticketdispute,youwillberequiredtopresentthephotoIDandcreditcardofthe ticket purchaser whose name is on the ticket. Photocopies or electronic versions will beaccepted.

4. HowmanyticketscanIbuy?EachSportsHubTixaccountholderislimitedtoamaximumnumberof4tickets.Anypersonfoundtobepurchasingoverthisquantitymayhavethesurplusticketscancelled.

5. Canweattendtheshowinabiggergroup?

Youwill need to purchase in separate transactions and on different accounts. Amaximum of 4ticketscanonlybemadeperaccount.However,differentseatsmaybeassignedonthesubsequentpurchase.TicketspurchasedinbreachofTerms&Conditionsaresubjecttoinvalidation.

6. CanIbuyticketsasagift?
