Our dedicated wedding team will guide you through planning your special day, with a
wedding office that opens 7 days per week for your convenience.
Once the big day is here, prepare for your wedding in one of our spacious suites, while our
wedding staff take care of all the day’s preparations for you, making sure you are relaxed
and stress free.
Choose from breathtaking outdoor ceremony locations or say your vows in the stunning
Sanctuary Cove Wedding Chapel. The Chapel is purpose built to create spectacular wedding
ceremonies, with a sheer glass front overlooking the Coomera River. Arrive in style in the
Resort’s Rolls Royce Wedding buggy, with the bridesmaid’s following in the stretch buggy.
After the ceremony it is time for photos. A photographer’s dream come true, Hyatt Regency
Sanctuary Cove’s grounds make for idyllic wedding photographs. The resort is set on 100
acres of lush tropical gardens, featuring a one-acre lagoon pool with its own beach.
Surrounded in a world class marina and championship golf courses, in no other location can
you have your wedding photos taken in such diverse and beautiful settings.
As you walk into your reception as husband and wife, The Grange will take your breath
away. A timeless and romantic reception venue, it features wide terraces, polished timber
flooring and an ornate wrought iron chandelier.

Your Wedding Ceremony
Wedding Chapel
Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove has a stunning Wedding Chapel with a floor to ceiling glass façade
that overlooks the picturesque Coomera River. The 80 seat, non-denominational Chapel features an
ornate pipe organ and luxurious cushioned pews. With a red carpet aisle leading you to the alter
with a glass topped registry table, it is the perfect setting to exchange your vows.
The Chapel has been purpose built for Weddings and has a mezzanine level that provides a fantastic
photographic angle of the ceremony, and outstanding acoustics. Circular driveway access allows
complete privacy from the hotel along with an impressive entrance.
The Fountain Terrace
Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, with the lagoon pool as the backdrop, the Fountain Terrace is
the ideal place for an intimate garden wedding. The private section of the terrace seats up to 80
people.

Wedding Package
Overnight accommodation on the wedding night for the bride and groom in your choice of suite.
Access to the Regency Club Lounge for the Bride and Groom to relax and enjoy buffet breakfast in
the Cove Cafe, light refreshments throughout the day and evening canapés and drinks.
Use of the Sanctuary Cove Wedding Chapel or Fountain Terrace.
Ceremony times are:

Your Wedding Reception
The Grange
Experience the grandeur of The Grange with its colonial style architecture. Set on a private lawn
amongst the hotel gardens, The Grange offers an atmosphere reminiscent of an Australian
Homestead and is suitable for 80 up to 150 guests. Polished timber floors with rustic furnishings,
cathedral ceilings, a grand piano, and an ornate chandelier combine to complement the ambience of
a ‘Manor’. An outdoor terrace wraps around the front of the building, providing an ideal location for
pre-dinner drinks and canapés. The Private Dining room is ideal for the wedding party to retreat to
or it can be set as a children’s lounge with television and DVD player.
The Grange can be used for weddings that are a minimum of 80 adults.

The Romney Room
If you are planning an intimate wedding, The Romney Room is truly beautiful. Showcasing a
stunning fairy light backdrop and personalised styling ensures this venue offers a unique wedding
experience. Perfect for receptions of 40 to 60 people, guests can enjoy pre dinner drinks on the
Queenslander style outdoor terrace before joining you for your first meal as husband and wife.
The Fireplace
The Fireplace is the ultimate location for an intimate reception, with a warm character and
homestead atmosphere. Seating up to 60 people it features stunning solid timber furniture and a
wood-fired oven with live cooking. This stunning signature restaurant needs nothing added to it to
create the ideal intimate wedding with close family and friends.

Bali Pavilion
Perfect for casual and intimate receptions, the open air Bali Pavilion has a wonderful tropical
atmosphere. Tucked away between the Beach Lagoon Pool and the Coomera River, it provides a
spectacular view of the lagoon and hotel grounds and is suitable for up to 30 guests.
Garden Lounge
With private settings amongst the hotel grounds our garden lounges are perfect for intimate
weddings of 30 or less. The lounges are equipped with a speaker system so you can play your own
music, and have lovely private garden terraces.
