To achieve this possible benefit, canola oil is to replace a similar amount of saturated fat and not increase the total number of calories you eat in a day.” Canola Oil is superior to all oils in the following respects:1. It has zero Trans-Fats and most food that is cooked/processed with it can be safely labelled as Zero Trans Fat. Sadly, when most European countries and USA have banned Trans-Fats, India has still not regulated its Trans-Fat content in oils and food.2. Jivo Canola oil has the highest level of Omega-3 fatty acids (ALA), as compared to any

other cooking oil, with just 1 tablespoon containing 1.3 grams. Jivo Canola also has the

best ratio of Omega-3:Omega-6 (1:2). Better than Olive oil.

ALA's ability to reduce the risk of heart disease has been researched and proven globally,

and it has been documented in studies that a high ALA diet leads to 70% reduction in the

chances of coronary events and cardiac deaths. ALA or Omega 3 fatty acids, also help

with other risk factors associated with coronary heart diseases. Studies indicate that it has
