Cuttack Municipal Corporation invites sealed quotations from interested and reputed Suppliers for supplying the procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) through tender for Swachha Karm!s like swachha Sathi, LCV Drivers, BOV operators, Loaders for BOV/LCV, FSTP TG SHG, WSHGs working at conservancy cleaning within CMC area for the year 2021-22, before 3.00 P.M on Date Jfl///0 /@)I which will be opened at Meeting Hall of Health Officer, Bikash Bhawan, Badambadi, Cuttack on the same day at 5.00 P.M in presence of Bidder or their authorized representatives.

Other Requirements

• The Bidders shall submit the bid documents in the prescribed schedule, through Regd. Post/Speed Post/courier services only, to the Commissioner, Cuttack Municipal Corporation, Choudhury Bazar, Cuttack-9.

• The quoted rate of each item should be inclusive of all TAX and transportation charges. • The quoted price should be written in the schedule, both in words & figures without any cuttings. • The bidders have to deposit samples of each quoted item as per specification in sealed packets,

to the Health Officer, Cuttack Municipal Corporation, Cuttack at the time of submission of bid document, for verification before the time of opening of the tender, otherwise the bids shall not be considered.

• The bidders, who have been disqualified by CMC, State govt., PSU, Central govt. are not eligible to apply.

• The Bidder to deliver Gloves Surgical and Waterproof Multipurpose Non-Slippery Rubber Gloves within 24 hours receipt of work order.

The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons thereof.
