The purpose of this meeting is to reflect on the experience for the student teacher. Jeff has been able to create positive connections with the students. He shows genuine care and concern for all students. Jeff has grown in several areas and one major area is that he has developed greater awareness for the entire group while teaching. He recognized potential areas of safety concerns and was able to make adjustments. He also improved in speeding up his instructional delivery mode and was able to keep things moving at a good pace. When he received new information he was willing to adjust his teaching right away. Jeff had a positive experience at KAES and showed a strong willingness to learn and to do his best. He has shown growth in his awareness of the entire group and it continues to be an area on ongoing growth. He needs to takes his awareness to a deeper level and to learn to anticipate trouble spots with students before they emerge. He is continuing to develop his own classroom management style.
