The Best Advice I Ever Got on Marriage-compiled by Jim Daly-This book includes easily readable essays from 18 of the greatest Christian minds today giving you their best marriage-transforming advice. Many of their own personal stories, including failures are included. You are encouraged to read one chapter a week with your spouse and then discuss it. In one essay, Lee Strobel shares that on his desk calendar in the first day of every month he has writes HWILTBMTM. He does that to remind himself each month to take time and reflect on, “How would I like to be married to me?” This reminds Lee to review and reexamine his own behavior, attitudes, and marriage priorities on a monthly basis.

Learning to Breathe Again by Tammy Trent-This book is Tammy Trent’s autobiography telling how she struggled to build her singing career, fell in love with her Prince Charming and manager Trent Lenderink and then faced the devastating day they went diving in the azure waters of Jamaica’s Blue Lagoon. While Tammy swam up to rest and lay out, Trent went on to free dive, but then never appears again. For anyone who has ever been lost in grief this story will uplift and encourage you as you read how Tammy learns through God’s great grace to breathe again. She currently speaks and sings at women’s conferences.

New CD & DVDs Too Good To Miss!

Your Liberty church library carries copies of Pastor Grant’s sermons on CD’s. You can check them out by the month. They provide a wonderful tool for sharing with friends or those in a hospital or convalescent home.

Have you taken a class at church where the teacher used a teaching kit with DVD’s? We have many of those teaching kits in the library which you are able to check out and watch at home. They provide a great opportunity for a neighborhood or Connect group Bible study at home. Go online and check out what we have.

We are open not only to church members, but anyone in the community.

You can put items we have “on reserve” if they aren’t available when you come in.

When you come in, we love to help you find materials or make suggestions of authors, etc.

We also have a wonderful children’s and junior’s section for you to use. Come on in!

· Accomplish the most by attacking tasks in bite-size portions.

· Use the top-down approach. Whatever you’re cleaning work top to bottom.

· Slip a pillowcase over the blades of a ceiling fan and wipe the blades with the case. Then take the case out side, invert it and shake it out before you wash it.

· Use the brush attachment on your vacuum to remove dust from curtains, and then spray with fabric freshener.

· Use the extension hose on vacuum to clean out the lint shaft inside dryer.

. Come in and check out our books on organization.
