• To provide participants with the opportunity to develop, practice and gain feedback on their learning skills

• To support participants in developing confidence in managing their own learning

At the end of the module the learner will be expected to be able to:•Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of approaches to learning•With guidance, analyse questions and assignments in order to provide appropriate responses•Identify his/her own strengths and weaknesses in learning•Set out a learning and study plan

•There is no single method of learning that guarantees success

•Through identifying your personal strengths and weaknesses as a learner this will enable you to develop new learning approaches and enhance your ability to learn across a range of contexts.
