POWERFUL QUERY AND ANALYSIS TOOLSIntergraph’s I/Records Explorer is a Web browser-based,

three-tier client that provides powerful query and analysis ca-

pabilities for the I/LEADS database. The product enables you

to query information from many of the I/LEADS-RMS modules

using form-driven query features above and beyond those

found in I/LEADS-RMS.

I/Records Explorer includes:Username and password entry, providing role-based data•

access control

Basic browser functions, such as the ability to personalize •

the initial logon screen and save searches as bookmarks for

repeated execution

Basic search feature designed for ease of use, enabling you to •

quickly enter search criteria and receive results

Advanced search feature, allowing you to execute more so-•

phisticated searches spanning multiple database tables

Criteria groupings that give precedence in the search execution•

Easy-to-read search results page using bottom- and side-•

scroll bars

Involvements View, displaying report involvements (named re-•

lationships among items of interest, such as names, vehicles,

properties, and incidents) in either a graphical (“spider”) or list

view to better visualize their relationships

Organizer component that functions as a browser-based tool •

for sending, receiving, and managing notifi cations, similar to

the I/LEADS organizer

I/Records Explorer is browser independent, allowing you to con-

tinue using your favorite Web browser while taking advantage

of the added functionality provided by the Explorer client. The

Web-style user interface provides a familiar and more intuitive

environment, resulting in reduced training time and costs for

new users. Web-based implementation provides secure wide

area network (WAN) access to the I/LEADS database, providing

important information to remote users. Additionally, you can run

both I/Records Explorer and I/LEADS-RMS clients together in

the same “hybrid” environment.
