Reference: Effluent Treatment Plant and Settling Pond Sludge Metal and Moisture Analysis 2016

Dear Sir/Madam,

In accordance with Schedule C.4 of POO21-02 please find enclosed metals and moisture results for sludge from the effluent treatment plant and settling pond 2018.

There are no licence limits for the annual metal analysis of the effluent treatment plant sludge and the settling pond sludge or for the annual moisture analysis.

Table I shows the trend 2014 to 2016 for Lead and Zinc which are the metals of significance for change. Both parameters are exceptionally low although showing variation from 2014 to 2018 is evident. There is a possible upward trend in the storm water pond sludge; however with only three years of data it is to early to be sure this is the case. This table will be maintained for future years to build up a longer time trend of data.

Organic matter and moisture content have not been trended in graph format as they are always stable year on year.

The full set of metal results for both sludges is included in Appendix A.
