INVISIBILEInnovation, functionality and immense charm for the new Toncelli kitchen
Toncelli astounds us once again and comes to the Salone del Mobile with INVISIBILE, a highly innovative, functional project with the most fascinating aesthetics.For the first time, based upon an idea by Studio Carlesi Design, Toncelli introduces carbon fibre into the kitchen, not as a cladding for an existing structure, but as a structure in its own right, perfect for the construction of the peninsula INFINITO and suspended wall cabinet INFINITO.Specifically, the Wall cabinet is positioned above the island or peninsular units and is anchored to the ceiling by two polished stainless steel telescopic bars. The carbon fibre fabric has enabled the construction of a one-piece shell with a single door in a maximum length of 2.70 m. The opening system is motorised with the touch of a button. The two finishes, glossy carbon and alutex, highlight structure and doors.The other carbon fibre structure is the Snack bar or Peninsula and it is made in a single piece with the thickness of the element almost zeroed. Lightness and generous dimensions are the prerogative of both structures, which are entirely handmade by Toncelli.The new INVISIBILE kitchen, with its elegant and essential design, also introduces a new painting system, using liquid metal which gives the cabinets aesthetics that are absolutely in line with the texture of carbon fibre. The complete absence of grooves and handles, thanks to the use of an innovative opening system patented by Toncelli, highlights the clarity and cleanliness of the lines once again, for an invisible result.Ever sensitive to technological aspects, Toncelli incorporates state-of-the-art domotic systems into its new kitchen, such as a touch screen with web connection, which enables the control of all the automated components of the kitchen and audio diffusion using Glauk technology with exciters capable of transmitting sound on the surface of the kitchen, amplifying and distributing it all around the environment.With this project, Toncelli confirms its talent for innovation, maintaining the values of artisan products made in Italy and the excellent qualities that have characterised every kitchen built in over fifty years.

Carbon Fibre
Carbon fibre is a composite material processed using state-of-the-art systems. As well as having considerable mechanical and thermal resistance, it resists attacks by chemical agents and is extremely light. These characteristics are perfectly combined in the new Invisibile kitchen by Toncelli and offer that added value of design and industrial quality that has always distinguished Toncelli products.
Liquid Metal
Liquid Metal, used as a finish for the door of the INVISIBILE kitchen, is pulverised metal that has been transformed into liquid form with a special binder. The result is a door which looks like it is made from metal, without joints or welds and with the same degree of resistance, while being much lighter than a structure made entirely from metal.The elements chosen for the two compositions of the INVISIBILE model are tin, with a lighter shade, and iron.Both are in perfect harmony with carbon fibre and black glass.
PaperStone®
PaperStone® is a composite material consisting of fibres obtained from 100% recycled office paper, held together by special water-based binders containing oils made from cashew nut shells. It is extremely resistant to traction, compression, impact, abrasion and acids; it does not absorb water and offers excellent flame resistance. PaperStone® can be cleaned using normal household detergent and is stain resistant. It is an eco-sustainable material.
Grooved Marine Wood
Grooved marine wood is a finish on wood obtained thanks to an exclusive process by Toncelli Cucine. The wood is treated with sea salt in repeated passages at particular temperatures which alter its structure and then varnished in the laboratory to bring out its aesthetic characteristics. The effect created is that of driftwood, moulded by atmospheric agents and found on the beach. Hence the name Grooved Marine Wood.
Ziricote Wood
Ziricote is one of the most valuable types of wood available on the market. It comes from Central America and is characterised by a brownish colour with evident light/dark grain. It is an hardwood with a very lively structure with forms very similar to rosewood. The particular decorative grain makes this one of the most special, high-impact woods.
