ASK YOURSELF

Is your dealership home to a

professional detailing team?

are you taking the next step?

Is it operating in the Red?

Do you sell warranty

packages such as Paint,

Leather and Fabric protect?

Do you farm out detailing

jobs to other local

companies?

Are you attracting retail detailing work?

Do you have professionally

designed menus and package

pricing?

Are you able to offer your clients a

professional detailing service to

maintain the vehicles in which they purchased

directly from you?

Do you want to keep all of your work in house,

provide your clients with an exceptional

service, increase the quality of your

inventoriesappearance and

make more money doing so?Show the ownership

team that you are taking the next step in caring for their inventory, clients and profitability.

HERE IS WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU!

I will come in and train your detailers and lot washers how to be more aware of Timing, Pace and Tempo. We will also go over the importance of time Management, Organization and Planning ahead. Your business will see an increase in production and quality, the ability to keep all detailing jobs in house, offer more services to your customers, less turnover in the detailing department and a small team that will make your dealership more money.

HOW DO WE ACHIEVE THIS?

We will achieve this by teaching your team the most effective Detailing System. The system is fairly comprehensive and takes 60 hours of training. The detailing system involves 10 Steps, within each step is approx. 8-10 different talking points for a total of ap-prox. 100 Steps to a Perfect Detail. The first 16 hours

will entail training your team to follow these steps. The second session will entail a Refresher on the Detailing System and some insight into how and when the sys-tem can be modified, Specialty Techniques, Product Awareness, Equipment Requirements, Shop Set Up, Cleanliness and Shop Organization.

In all our training will run 60 hours, at which time you will have a professional detailing team in place. They will posses all the knowledge and skill to make you more money. Its at this point you may consider a different pay-ment structure to reward your top detailers. If a team of two can put out $2000.00 worth of work a day then different payment methods may or may not benefit all parties involved. When a detailer is trained by me they look at the job as a sport and when their quality matches their speed and their speed matches their quality ev-erything will aligned and they will make you a lot of money.

The third session will consist of Lot Management, Lot Wash Techniques, Speed, Paint Management and Awareness, Lot Presentation and Cleanliness, Cleaning Vehicles for Lot, Cleaning Vehicles for Delivery, Cleaning Vehicles Post Service, In House Warranty Jobs such as Paint, Leather and Fabric Protect, and Perfecting the Re-tail Detailing Jobs that will be listed on your menu and advertised through your dealership to your community.

A fantastic opportunity that comes with this offer is the ability to hire on Business Students and offer them work

placement. This gives them the ability to manage and run their own microbusiness

while operating within the safety of your company and under my guidance. Any

new hire that comes on board will have the ability to take my seminar/training

and hit the ground running. Govern-ment labor compensation programs will

give you another edge in the competitive marketplace we are all in right now.

Give them some training and some incentive and you will have a reliable team in place. Reward them for bringing in jobs through their own marketing means, reward them based on vehicle sales, reward them for lot appearance and reward them on speed and time.
