My diet of one day I have breakfast at seven o´clock; I usually have a glass of milk with cereal, toast with jam and fruit.I have break in my school, I have a sandwich with ham and cheese.I have lunch in my house with my parents; I have lunch at quarter past three. I sometimes have chicken with potatoes and salad, I drink water.I have the afternoon snack at six o´clock, I have piece of fruit.I have dinner at half past eight, I usually have soup, salad and yoghurt, I drink water.

My ideal dietI have breakfast at quarter past seven. I usually eat: toast, biscuit or cereals. I

usually drink milk with chocolate and orange – juice.

I have lunch at three o´clock. I sometime eat meat with vegetables. I always drink water.

I have dinner at nine o´clock. I usually eat soup or pizza (in the weekend). I always drink water.

My ideal dietI have for breakfast a bowl of crisp with milk and yogurt.In my school in the break I eat a sandwich and orange juice.I lunch at quarter past three eat a spinach and meat with some bread and before, I eat strawberries.In the evening, at six o´clock, I eat piece of chocolate and glass of milk.I have dinner at ten o´clock, for dinner I eat pasta and green salad with some bread and for dessert I eat apple.

My typical food Hello my name is Rosi and I am going to talk about my food. I get up at a quarter past seven. then I have breakfast, eat a biscuit and drink milk. For breaks I have sandwich of ham.

I have lunch at three o´clock, I eat chicken and rice and drink water. For sweet I have a fruit.

Then I have snack. For snack I have cereal. And I have dinner pizza.But every day I have something different.

Fruit group Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to our presentation. My name is Rosi. The topic of our presentation is about fruit, we are going to talk about 4 things.

First, Laura is going to talk about the nutrients of the fruit:

The nutrients of the fruit group are water; that it cleans and hydrates the body. Vitamins; they regulate many functions in the body. Minerals; they regulate some

functions in the body; they built some structures, for example the bone .And fiber.Second, Lucia to talk about, “What are nutrients for?”

Group of meals GROUP OF MEALSGrain group: the grain group provides many nutrients that are vital for the health and maintenance of our bodies. If you are eating foods rich in fibre, such as whole grains, reduces the risk of coronary heart disease, you can reduce constipation, can help you with weight body.

Examples: bread, cereals, rice, pasta…

Vegetables and fruit group: the vegetables and fruit group provide nutrients vital for health and maintenance of your body.

Fruit examples: banana, apple, pineapple, orange, lemon, watermelon…

Vegetables examples: lettuce ,tomatoes , potatoes ,carrots ,broccoli…

Milk group: consuming milk and milk products provides health benefits an can reduce the risk of low bone mass. These nutrients include calcium, potassium, vitamin D, and protein.

Examples: milk, cheese, yoghurt…

Meat, fish and egg group: they are proteins and they are good for health. Proteins are good for bones, muscles, cartilage, skin and blood.

Examples: chicken, jam, pork, hamburgers, tuna, salmon, sardines, egg…

Some fish help prevent cholesterol.

Oils group: the oils group provides many nutrients are vital for health. These nutrients provide energy to the body. Abuse is not good.

Examples: butter, oil…

And finally, Miriam is going to talk about conclusion.

Why are fruits important?They are important because they contain the vitamins necessary for our body work properly, and then we will be healthy.The fruit is very good for day to day but you must not take more than 5 pieces of fruit a day because you could have a disease. Therefore we can not live without fruit.

My ideal diet for swimMy ideal diet contains 2400 calories, this diet contains many carbohydrates and proteins, this diet is very good for swimming. We eat 50% of carbohydrates, 15% of proteins, vitamins and minerals necessary every day.At seven o´clock I have breakfast. For breakfast I have some toast with jam, milk with 30 g of cereal and orange juice.

After I have break. For break I have a sandwich with ham and cheese. For lunch I have chicken, potatoes, salad of lettuce, tomatoes and carrots, bread and water.

At six o´clock I do some exercise; I go swimming. After swimming I have the afternoon snack. For afternoon snack I have a bread roll and biscuits of

chocolate.For dinner I have 150 g of fish, soup of

vegetables, rice, one serving of fruit, yoghurt, bread and water.

My ideal diet for skating It eat 1800 calories in my ideal diet for my sport, my ideal diet is this:

It eat a toast and one glass of milk with chocolate and one glass of orange – juice for breakfast.

In the break I eat a sandwich of ham and cheese and one fruit- juice.

For lunch I eat: a beef with vegetables and two eggs, I drink water.

In the afternoon I eat three biscuits and glass of milk.

For dinner I eat soup with pasta and meat, and I drink water.
