There was a friend whose heart was good.

He walked with men and understood.

His was a voice that spoke with cheer, And felt like music on the ear.

His was a smile men loved to see; His was a hand that asked no fee For friendliness or kindness done. And now that he has jour-neyed on, His is a fame that never ends---He leaves behind uncounted friends.

Boulder Shrine Club News By Dale Pierce

Sunday, December 7th,

we celebrated the Christmas season with a dinner party at the Oasis at El Jebel. Eve-ryone enjoyed a tasty dinner served up by our caterer fol-lowed by the wonderful music of George Sammeth on acoustic guitar singing and occasionally accompanied by his lovely wife, Jean. Also it was announced Don Rice has consented to being our newly elected President for 2015. Congratulations, Don! Wrapping things up we had our fun and rather wacky sweet tooth gift exchange em-ceed by yours truly. All in all it was a beautiful day for a party!

We were recently sad to learn of the passing of our constant supporter, Katie Rowe. She could always be seen at our club meetings and other activities, particularly when we had our fire engine in the parades. You will be sorely missed, Katie. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her daughter, Lois, son, Bill and the rest of her family.

Join us in Boulder in 2015 as we meet the second Satur-day morning each month at 9:00 a.m. at the Egg and I. You will meet the nicest people there!

Chanters New Year – Let’s Grow By Nils Nordberg

El Jebel’s Chanters had an active December – singing at Harmony Lodge’s Installation of Officers; singing at El Jebel’s short form Ceremonial and Stated Meeting; sing-ing at El Jebel’s Kids Christmas Party – and all went well with a good representation of Chanters at each.

All present enjoyed our Holiday Dinner with our Ladies at the home of Mona and Kent Eckley - Game Hen and all the fixin’s - followed by our business

meeting and election of our 2015 officers.

Rodger Peabody will be our 2015 President, with Phred Dare our Vice-President, and Nils Nordberg our Secretary and Treasurer. Phred will also be our Parade Chairman, Rodger will be Membership Chairman and Nils will serve as Red Fez Reporter.

Our new officers will be installed at the El Jebel Installation of Officers on Saturday, January 10, at the Marriott Denver West, 1717 Denver West Blvd. in Golden. Register and pay in advance on the El Jebel

web site.

Please be thinking ahead to Tuesday, March 3. This will be IHOP Day, when El Jebel needs enough No-bles, Ladies, friends and family to cover 24 IHOPs from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. That is a lot of volunteer hours, ladies and gentlemen. Please put March 3 on your calendar now. Don’t wait to be called. Go to the El Jebel web site, select a store that is convenient to

you and volunteer for as many hours as you can.

Whenever we participate in parades, it is a great feeling to be “on the street” - watching and hearing the response of parade viewers to a busload of men singing familiar old songs. The Denver Veterans Day Parade was a good finish to a great 2014 parade season for the Chanters of El Jebel. Let’s start now preparing for next year.

The Chanters are always on the lookout for a few more Nobles to add to the quality of our singing, and we also could use a couple of Nobles who can help out in some non-singing roles. If you play the organ, piano or electric keyboard, we would love to have you accompany us at rehearsals and performances. And we would like to find a Noble who enjoys working with microphones, cables, mixers, amplifiers, power supplies and speakers to parade with us on board Boris. Let’s

be ready for a great parade season in 2015.

We invite all Nobles who enjoy choral singing to come and sing with us as we pursue our mission of “Supporting Shrinedom Through Song”. Contact Pres. Rodger Pea-body at [email protected] or 303-465-1883, or Director Nils Nordberg at [email protected] or 978-501-2806.

Drovers Noble Wayland L. Britt, Reporting

We lost Jim Vander Linden last month. He was an ac-tive Drover for many years. I understand he was a long-term Red-Fez author.…Thanks Jim. His ashes are now with his son in Arizona, I am told. I promised to name all previous Drovers that I knew at the time of their passing. With Reverence here goes: Monte Squire, Chuck Strong, Ken Kirkpatrick, Bud Warner, Dick Cook, Bill Wildes, Roy Spradin. Jim Vander Linden and others. Special regards goes out to surviving Spouses and offspring from this writ-er. I will do this as long as I write this article and hope that the next writer continues the practice.

Otis and I rode in the Veteran’s Day Parade. It was very rewarding. We had our Christmas party, we had a nomination meeting this month. Those nominated and elected were Wayland Britt, Trail Boss, Brandon Mc Elhin-ny, Ram Rod, Ed Mc Kinney, Secretary, Jeff Courtney Treasurer and Dave Cooper, Marshal. A meeting is planned for January 30, 2015 for planning the year.

It’s on to the National Western. Come join us.

Englewood Shrine Club by Don Phelps

Another year has passed away and we all prepare for a glorious new year. We at the Englewood Shrine Club are ready and look forward to a lot of good fellowship in 2015. You should be a part of these good times. Our first Social will be a joint meeting with the Legion of Honor on January 24, 2015. The Legion Of Honor will go through their formal installation at 4:30 pm and join the Englewood Shrine Club at 5:30 to party and eat at 6:30. We would love to have you join us. The installation of officers is open to the public and is worth your effort to join in. The cost for the Legion of Honor is $25 and for the Englewood Shrine Club $18 per person. I don't know what is for din-ner but it is always good. We meet at Radiant Temple at 2nd and Acoma in Denver. Reservations are a must and can be made with Don Phelps (303) 4712481 or [email protected]. Make your reservations by Jan-uary 21st.

Don't forget the trip to Black Hawk on the second Thursday of each month. In January we will be going on the 8th. We leave from the east parking lot of the Shrine

8

at 10:00 am sharp. Be there by 9:45 so you don't get left. We return between 3:30 and 4:00 pm. The cost of the bus trip is $10 which goes to the Englewood Shrine Club. The Casino gives you a voucher that is worth $10 and will buy you a buffet lunch. We have good fellowship with the Daughters of the Nile. Communicate with me at the above telephone number or email so I will be looking for you. Welcome to 2015 and I hope it will be a great year for you.

Jeffco Shrine Club By Jim Cram

Our Sympathy is extended to Edith Riley and family. Services were held for Gordon on December 16th at Horan McConaty and internment was at Ft. Logan National Cem-etery. Gordon was a long-time member of the JeffCo Shrine Club.

Congratulations to Jay and Sherry Wilkholm who cele-brate their 18th Wedding Anniversary on January 15th.

The Luncheon held on November 19th was at the Las Fuentes restaurant on 13161 West Alameda Parkway, and it appears it will work out fine. This restaurant was formerly Burgers Plus. Las Fuentes has been newly redecorated and we have a private dining room.

Sorry to report that the Christmas luncheon scheduled at Willis Case for December 10th was cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. The regular weekly luncheons scheduled for December 24th and 31st were also cancelled, due to the Holidays.

We were pleased to have our Divan Rep. Larry Clark in attendance for the regular December 10th luncheon. Larry made an excellent report of Shrine activities. Larry de-serves a special Medal of Honor for his Divan Rep. duties. He drives 60 miles round-trip to attend our luncheons. Herb Schillereff gave a Treasurer’s report for the year that was accepted and approved. The 2015 officers were duly nominated and elected and will be installed at an installa-tion luncheon during the latter part of January. A big Thank You to Jack Russell who handed out quality ballpoint pens to everyone present.

Jim Cram reported attending a reunion of the WWII vet-erans who have participated in the 23 Honor Flights sent out of Denver to date. This was an excellent event made more special by the Fort Carson Band and Honor Guard.

Keystone Kops By Larry N. Clark

I hope everyone had a great Holiday Season and will have a very Happy New Year. Congratulations to Mike Trevathan on being elected Illustrious Potentate for 2015. In addition congratulations to all the Nobles elected and appointed to the 2015 Divan. The Keystone Kops look for-ward to working with you in 2015.

By the time you read this, the Kop’s year will have wound down. The past year, 2014, was a very busy, fun filled year. Prez Mike extends his thanks for everyone’s support throughout the year. Although the officers normally receive most of the attention, they can only lead the entire team of Keystone Kops. Mike extends a big thanks to all the Kops and their Ladies for their hard work in 2014.

We had a great Kop Christmas dinner at the Aurora Sum-mit Steakhouse. There were a whole bunch of Kops, their Ladies, and their guests. This was a joint endeavor, we also had Aurora Shrine Club and Cad-Linc members, their Ladies and guests. All in all, this was a good Holiday Par-ty. The Nobles, their Ladies, and guests provided great fellowship. The Summit provided the food which was very good, as usual. Altogether this made an outstanding Holi-day Dinner; Larry Clark deserves a big tip of the Fez for orchestrating such a great Holiday Outing.

The Kops had another busy month in December. The Kops began the month by doing the Electrical Workers Un-ion Xmas Party at the I.B.E.W 68 Union Hall up on Logan. We took the Kop’s Jail and our smiling faces and did our thing for the kids and their parents. The next day we did our own Holiday Party at the Aurora Summit Steakhouse. The following week we did our Keystone Kop thing at the Shrine Center for the El Jebel Children’s Christmas Party. Several of us made it to the Shrine meeting to participate in the elections of the 2015 Shrine Officers. Finally each of the Kops were able to kick back and enjoy our own Holiday plans.

See you January 10th at the Marriott West for the instal-

lation of the Divan and the installation of the Unit Officers. We will have our first El Jebel Stated Meeting January 12

th.

Don’t forget the Kops meeting on January 6th, that’s right

we voted to have our Kops meetings on the first Tuesday of the month.

Legion Of Honor By Don Phelps

This is my first time writing this article. I am the Adju-tant for the year 2015. That means I get the honor of let-ting each of you know what we are doing. The officers have been elected and they are: Eddie McGrady Com-mander, David King 1st Lt. Commander, Chuck Stevens 2nd Lt. Commander and Chaplin, Russ Gray Treasurer, and Don Phelps Adjutant. We will continue to meet for lunch on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 11:30 and Business meeting at 1:00 pm in the East room for now. Our first meeting in January will be the 24th at Radi-ant Temple for the formal ceremony of installation of offic-ers’ social hour and dinner. This is a joint meeting with the Englewood Shrine Club. Radiant Temple is at 2nd and Acoma. If you are interested in coming call me for reserva-tions by the 21st. Also if you want more information please call me at Don Phelps (303) 471-2481 or email me [email protected]. We are a unit that is composed of active military and veterans.

Loveland Shrine Club by Franklin Fishcatcher

We have no anniversaries to report; must have been some really cold Januarys in the past.

There were 13 attendees at our December meet-ing; Alan Duey brought us up to date on the clinics and hospitals. Larry Clark kept us informed about El Jebel's activities. Larry and Carol, we really appreciate your mak-ing that long drive to be with us. I am really looking forward to Larry's year as Head Fez.

Ann McDonald continues to gradually improve; we have

9

no other news of distress.

Now the most important news: Dorothy's Cater-ing announced that she will hang up the spoons and close down on December 31. Dorothy is quite ready for retire-ment and she has taken good care of the club. This puts us into quite a quandary as to where to meet next; anyone willing to do some research will be highly appreciated; need help here.

Like an Alka-Seltzer, we fizz together well but don't want to see it dissolved.

-----Cherish this moment in time; it will not return-----

El Jebel Mariners By Jim Ashley

Anniversaries: There is only one this month, Dick and Phyllis Knorr '03 Congratulations to you both.

We had our annual Christmas Party hosted by Warren and Lee Alden and Larry and Diane Crook at the Olive Garden, Alameda and Wadsworth. A great time was had by all in attendance.

The change of watch will be at 5PM Thursday, January 15 at the Cafe del Sol and will be hosted by our Commo-dore Ken Johnson and his wife, Jill.

Friday January 16 will be Shrine Appreciation Night at the Western Stock Show.

Sunday, February 8 is our Valentines Party at 1 PM hosted by Larry and Diane Crook. It will be at the Pep-perpod I – 76, Exit 31, Hudson Colorado.

The Mountain Men of El Jebel By, Tim (Talon) Johans-

son

Greetings, Trappers and Pilgrims. I hope everyone enjoyed good times with family and friends over the holi-days. A new year is upon us and we are recycling officers this year. We are a small but sincere group with the mountain spirit to carry on. Hopefully the weather will co-operate a little better this year for more fun at the range. Those of us who have been shooting lately have sharpened our sights and will welcome some good fun competition. The range is looking better than it ever has thanks to the efforts of our generous host and the volun-

teers who use it. Come on out to the monthly rendezvous and get a smokepole dirty.

The Mountain Men of El Jebel get together to shoot on the fourth Saturday of the month at the Lazy Heart Ranch north of Golden. We welcome guests and will give a full explanation on how to load and shoot safely. Contact one of us for more details. (My phone, 303-910-9009) Until next time, May your prayers to the Great Spirit be carried aloft on the wings of the mighty eagle.

OPTARS By J & J Taylor

The next meeting of Optars will be January 6th; Marty

Youngmann will be doing the program on “The Colors of Fall”. Call our Treasurer, George Moreno, 303-455-4174 if you can come, and we’ll know how many to plan dinner snacks---you are most welcome.

There is a full schedule for the first half of 2015. At the February dinner meeting Ed Hamm will be showing the 2

nd

half of his Scotland pictures. Then in March, the Morenos will have a program, Kents will present their photos in April, and in May (maybe at the White Fence Farm), Tay-lors will show the New England trip of the 2014 Potentate---“Phil light-Hause”! Stay focused on the calendar for Optars.

The Christmas dinner at Homestead Grill was delight-ful! A few guests and members from other Shrine Inner-bodies came, and we had a nice group of thirty. “The Har-planders” brought six harps to entertain us---what a treat! Our meals are always delicious at this Homestead Grill, and it was voted to keep it here for next year.

Optars and the Computer Club took pictures at the Children’s Christmas Party on December 13

th. The whole

set-up was arranged by both clubs: camera, strobe lights, back drop, computer and monitor, two printers, and wires and cords strung everywhere. The lanes of traffic were carefully defined, and we finally got it right! Now that it can be set up in less than two hours, we’re going to have to figure out how to do it in a new place. Oh, well, keeps everybody thinking….

The Divan pictures were taken in December, also; MOST of the members were even dressed appropriately! Ron Dunsmore and Jim Taylor did the clicking, and others helped prepare the equipment. The next camera shooting will be New Year’s Eve, (probably the last time for NYE in this building, and then on to the next location!)

Provost Guard By Casey Campbell, Provost Marshal

Well folks 2014 slid by and it seems like a little faster than the year before. Lots of festivities were enjoyed in 2014, and new ones to look forward to in 2015.

Football season is just about over and just maybe the Broncos will be number one this year, just maybe!!!

The Provost Marshal for 2015 will be installed this month, welcome Ron Dunsmore and here is saying good luck in 2015. The third time is supposed to be a charm.

Ron is asking all active provost members to step up and take an active part in the provost commitments.

We need new and old members to consider our priori-ties and commitments to the provost.

When we move to our new temple location, still to be determined, the challenge for provost assistance will be high.

From the provost marshal for 2014, thank you all and especially those who made 2014 another successful and appreciated year for the Provost of El Jebel.

RADOPS By Sid Wright

This month’s news items are mostly about congratula-tions to the achievers in our midst. And here they are:

Congratulations to our new RADOP officers for the com-ing year. They are Michael Marcus President, Curtis Bradley Vice President, Ken Behrens Secretary, Richard “Mac” McElravy Treasurer, and Sid Wright Red Fez Rep-resentative. Of course Ken and Mac aren't new to their office, having served with distinction as Secretary and Treasurer from time immemorial. A big thank you also to Stu Asay for leading RADOPS through a successful year. We’re also glad to have our own Jim Oliver back as Divan representative.

Congratulations to Sam Wittner who was named as Aide Emeritus by Potentate Phil Hause at the November stated meeting. Sam has been an Aide on ten different occasions over the years, and 2015 will be the eleventh time. Not only that, but he has also been Chief Ambassa-dor twice, and Chief Aide once. I’d say the “Emeritus” designation is a well-deserved honor, and none too soon.

Congratulations also to Stu Asay who was recently certified as a member of C.E.R.T. C.E.R.T. is a program that educates people about disaster preparedness for haz-ards that may impact their area, and trains them in basic disaster response skills such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical oper-ations. C.E.R.T. members are also able to assist others in their neighborhoods or workplace following an event when professional responders aren’t immediately available to help.

Sue and I didn’t make it to the Christmas Party at Mick-ey’s, but we hear from several members that it was a defi-nite success. The report was of good food, good service, good location, and definitely a candidate for next year’s party. Thanks to Curtis Bradley for making the arrange-ments.

And finally, congratulations to my granddaughter Sidney Fairbanks, who lettered in softball at Evergreen High School as a freshman.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas, and I’m wish-ing everyone a Happy New Year.

RV ROAMERS By J & J Taylor

Roamers had their annual Christmas brunch, again at Mount Vernon Country Club, on December 14. This was the day the storm came in from California! (We can blame them for that.) And the ride home was foggy---good thing we had a GPS so we could see where the curves were…. T he snowy mountain drive drove away a few members, but we had a wonderful time. Our hosts, Vic and Sharon Olson, have secured the place and negotiated prices for a long time now, and we appreciate it! The food, as always, was terrific, and we got to visit with a few “long-timers, no-see-er’s”! Don and Annette Rice were there, as well as Jim and Patty Graves and Will and Mary Salz. So great to see them! (We even talked them into helping us on the February Inning!)

Henry and Dorothy Hering presided at their last Roamers meeting as Presidents. Henry has been on the “Distressed” list off and on this year, and it’s not because

11

of his Presidency but a variety of health issues. He did have “fuzzy eyes” at the meeting, and we think this would be a good clown name for him.

The Roamers have a new member you may have heard of; Tony Dattilo and his lady, Ellen have joined. Welcome to our world, Tony and Ellen---you’re in for a lot of fun.

After the mass installation, Larry and Dianne Crook will be our leaders (again), guiding us into another year of fun and friendships. The Vice President will be Dave Woods, and Jan will carry a lot of his load by sending out the notices of events. The full year of “Innings” and “Outings” has been planned, and if you want to join us on any of these, contact our new Secretary, Bruce Hepp (and Marylyn): 303-986-6705. Rich (and Heidi) Talkington will stay on as Treasurers. Our January 18

th dinner meeting

will be at the Westminster Country Buffet at 1:00, with hosts, Henry and Dorothy Hering. See you then!

El Jebel Computer Club By George Van Trump

The Dec 9 meeting was started with lunch at Willis Case Golf Course. Following lunch, the group convened at El Jebel in the Arab Patrol Room for the business meeting and program with 7 members and guests present. The treasurer’s report was read and approved. A discussion was also held for the Club’s photo shoot at the New Year’s Eve Party. The Club’s officers were elected,

President-Vic Vigo-Torres

Vice Pres-John Zeaphey

Sec/Trea/Red Fez Report-George VanTrump

A motion was made and approved to pay the cost for the 4 club officers with wives to attend the 2015 El Jebel Installa-tion/dinner. The Club’s Divan member gave brief report on the upcoming events at El Jebel.

After the business meeting, John Zeaphey present-ed a program on Antivirus and Mal Ware choices for your computer. He had a power point presentation and a handout on the subject.

At the Club’s Jan 13 meeting, a program will be presented on personal uses of the computer.

Our meeting starts with lunch at 11:30 am at the Willis Case Golf course restaurant followed by our regular meeting at 1:00 pm in the Arab Patrol Room. Wives, guests, and curious people are always welcome. All Shriners are invited to join our Club; dues are just $12.00 per year; first dues are free.

WESTERN COLORADO SHRINE CLUB (WCSC)

by Steve Thomas

The WCSC monthly board meeting was held December 9

th, 2014. Our fearless leader called the meeting to order at

11:45 am at the Grand Vista hotel in beautiful Horizon Drive GJ. Blessing us and the food was done by Bob Ma-gos and Bill Hirt led us in the pledge to the flag which Mark McGarry created on his tablet. Minutes were approved as mailed.

Sec. Treas. Ray McDaniel said our dues notice will be coming out soon and with it a form to make any changes in the directory you may want to make. I.E. work, wife, girl-friend or both. Phone number, email or what have you. Membership is now at 107.

Ted and Cindy Herrmann did an excellent job with the Christmas party. That is until the ugly sweater contest. Congrats to Howard Motz for winning. However I think it should have been explained that it was the sweater being judged for ugliness not the one wearing it.

I would like to thank everyone for the well wishes for being awarded "Shriner of the Year". It is a great honor and I will try to live up to it in all that I do this year and years to come.

Pres. Michael Thayer said he maybe not be available for the month of January if he is accepted for a position he has applied for. We wish him all the luck in all he does. It has been a pleasure serving under his leadership this year.

1st VP Jerald Conyers told us that there is a lot of changes going on at the fairgrounds. From the entry and exits to the building we use for accounting. That will be moved to the west end of the building SE of where the Jockey Club was. That building has been taken over as office space for the county. Many more changes to come and eventually and enclosed arena.

Hospital Coordinator Bob Emrich said it was a little slower this month and 2 trips were paid for to Salt Lake City. He is moving that date for the screening clinic to after the circus. That way, maybe we can do some plugs for that during the circuses at Montrose, Delta and Grand Junc-tion.

Walt Wright, Parade Chairman said for us to cool our heels. The next parade will most likely be St. Paddy's day in Montrose or Grand Junction.

Gary Brown had a letter of appreciation from the hospi-tal at Salt Lake for the donation the Ceremonial Team had made from their un-used dues fund.

Activities Advisor: Jim Chaffee said all the activities for the year will be in the up-coming directory. He asked that you check this list and a good idea would be to write them down on your calendar or in your I-phone or whatev-er. These things are a lot of fun and we need that once in a while.

New Business: Looking forward to free pancakes at I-Hop which is coming up sooner then we think. El Jebel usually brings a lot of POS for that in February.

Clowns entertained kids at Mesa Lodge 55 Thursday Dec. 4th. Scottish Rite kids Saturday Dec. 6th and a birth-day party at the Consistory that same evening. We went to Montrose Saturday Dec. 13th for the Scottish Rite kids breakfast with Santa.

Corvettes are to have a meeting before the 15th of January.

Scooter Patrol are trying to figure out how to put tire chains on the bikes for winter.

Tri-Co had their Christmas meeting on the 20th of De-

cember at the Golf Course in Cedaredge. They decided to not do a gift exchange this year and instead we will each write a check to the hospital fund for the amount we would spend.

Vagabonds had a meeting on the 22nd.

Regional Aide Bill Brassette reported on the El Jebel elections.

Sickness and distress: I heard tonight that four days ago, Tim “Timbo” Quealy crashed his scooter and broke his collar bone. Broke his dentures and is in a sling. He is now in direct competition with Michael Briscoe for the sa-

cred Crash and Burn Award.

Hope all had a very Merry Christmas and a happy and bountiful New Year.

Directors Staff – Don Douglass Greetings to all Nobles and Ladies,

Nobles and Ladies, a friendly reminder to all, that the Shrine stated meetings continue in the month of January and that our Director’s Staff busi-ness meetings also continue, and the ladies are always welcome to attend. Therefore, please plan on attending each business meeting. Our Work nights are on HOLD, UNLESS you are NOTIFIED BY OUR DIRECTOR, which is usually done via email. Our business meetings are held at 7:00 pm in the computer club room, lower level of the shrine; enter through the Director’s Staff door, on the first Wednesday of each month, (12 times a year).

The Director’s Staff Dances also occur eve-ry month of the year. You will notice in Noble John’s Director’s Staff Dance column, that he is looking for Hosts and Hostess, because there are several singles that are attending the dances and they are looking for dance partners. So if your no-ble or lady does not like to dance, but you do, here is your chance for an evening of fun.

Yearly Dues Nobles a friendly reminder that your yearly

dues are now past due for the Director’s Staff for the year 2015, and if not paid by April 1, 2015, you can be suspended from our unit, per our bylaws.

Installation of Shrine 2015 Officers A reminder that our 2015 Elected and ap-

pointed Divan Shrine officers will be installed on January 10, 2015, at the Denver West Marriott. Please check the Red Fez for the sign up date and time, if you wish to attend. We wish our newly elected and appointed officers the best for their year.

Director’s Staff – Ham & Egger Our yearly installation of our newly elected

Officers will be held Sunday, January 18, 2015, at Davies’ Chuck Wagon, 10151 W 26th Ave., Wheat Ridge, Co. Please respond to our current Vice President Greg Melton at 303-520-5147, by Janu-ary 14, 2015, if you plan on attending. The cost is $10.00 per person and the time is 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. As was with our Christmas Party, we will have the entire place to ourselves.

Nobles and Ladies, let’s keep everyone that is under the weather, as well , our men and women fighting to protect our freedom, and those members of law enforcement, fire fighters, and paramedics in our thoughts and prayers.

Nobles and Ladies, those of you who at-

tend our monthly business meeting are aware of this, however, for those of you who do not, I am constantly looking for things to include in my Red Fez article. Therefore, if anyone has anything shrine related that they would like to see in my arti-cle, please email me the information, (a hard copy is preferred for my records), and I will try to include the information. However, there are two things you must be aware of. I must submit my article by the 15th of month before the information is seen in the Red Fez, and that if anyone has selected to re-ceive a hard copy of the Red Fez, they may not get their copy until around the tenth of the month con-taining the information you requested me to in-clude. My email address is [email protected].

If anyone has any information concerning any member of the Director’s Staff, or widow, who we have not heard from for some time, (you can get these names by looking in your Director’s Staff roster), please contact them and report on them at our next business meeting or have them send a card or contact our secretary. We sure would like to know how they are doing. Our secretary’s name and address is Wayne L. Livermore, Jr, 11379 W. Tennessee Drive, Lakewood, Co., 80226. His home telephone number is 303-985-2604. His email address is [email protected], for those that prefer email..
