• Downloading audio via a webpage does not necessarily constitute a podcast

• A podcast differs in that it’s regularly updated audio content delivered through RSS feeds

• Users would subscribe to such podcasting feeds using podcatching software (e.g. iTunes)

• Software automatically downloads audio shows whenever a new one is detected

What is NOT a Podcast?
