The season will be six weeks long with games or practices generally four afternoons a week. There are no intramural activities on Wednesdays. Practices run from 3:15 to 4:30 and games may be either 3:30 to 4:15 or 4:15 to 5:00. Students are responsible for their own transportation home. A registration form must be turned in to the office prior to participation in practices or games. The fee is $50.00. Each player must have a sports physical on file, which will be good for two years from the time the physical was performed. Gladstone Food Pantry Holiday Schedule To give our shoppers & volunteers family time over the holidays, Food Pantry days will change the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. The Food Pantry will be open TUESDAYS from 3 to 5:30 p.m. • November 24 • December 22 • December 29 The Food Pantry will be CLOSED: • November 26 & 28 • December 24 & 26 • December 31 & January 2

Uninsured & OHP insured children: Flu and all vaccines required for school

Adults: Flu (regardless of insurance status, while supplies last)

Vaccines will be provided free of charge to children age 2 and older who have no health insurance or with insurance that does not cover the cost of immunizations. Please bring any immunization records you have to the clinic including letters from school. A parent or guardian must be present and sign an authorization form for children under age 15.

Dental health: free dental screenings, navigation, and dental hygiene kits.
