OOuurr TTeeaacchhiinngg MMeetthhooddssOur programmes are designed to prepare individuals foremployment and further education. The broad range ofbusiness and technology subjects available providescomprehensive exposure to the core areas of businessand management. Learning is something that happensboth individually and between you and your fellowparticipants. It is the way that you take in the theories, models, cases and other information that you areconfronted with, how you reflect upon them and how youapply them in your daily work life as well as in yourpersonal life.

At IBaT the focus of our teaching method is on creatinglearning together with our participants and staff. This isachieved through dialogue based and interactive lecturesand discussions. We believe that competencies are notdeveloped through a one-way communication, but ratherthrough a discussion of theories and the participants’experiences.
