Arrival
Some delegates will arrive in Los Angeles (LAX) on 31Augustintimetotraveltogetherbylandstoppingatvarioussites and communities en route to Phoenix, Arizona, themain site of the conference. If you are flying or drivingdirectly toPhoenix (SkyHarbor airport), be ready to starton the morning of the 2 September. Further details andoptionswillbeprovidedtoregisteredparticipants.
