A NOTE ON THE USE OF CITADELS Following discussions with Company’s Ship Management regarding their policy on the use of Safe Muster Points rather than Citadels, the team on-board this vessel and all subsequent Company’s vessels will be briefed on Company’s policy. As such, when conducting drills, as directed by Company the crew will go directly to the Muster Point. All advice given to the Master by the team will be in line with this of Company policy. For the purposes of this report only, we recognize the Company’s policy on Citadels and Safe Mustering Points however we still recommend the use of Citadels as best practice.
