‘Gether & blETHER’ WRITING GROUP
Mondays 1pm – 2:45pm
Location: DACA Clydebank
Join in this small, friendly writing group and
share your stories, both verbal and written,
over a cuppa and a biscuit! There’s also an
opportunity to learn some basic sign
language.
‘Pedal & Plod’ CYCLING sQUAD (FEB-Mar) FISHING GROUP (APR-OCT) Mondays 9:30am onwards
Location: Various Plod along to our alternating cycling or
walking activities. From April this will
transition to DACA’s ever popular fishing
group.
Culture Club Tuesdays at various times.
Location: Various. Learn about local history on our monthly
outing to various museums and art galleries.
CRAFTY WEDNESDAYS
Wednesdays 1:30pm – 3:30pm
Location: Various
Learn a range of fun, easy arts and crafts
techniques and take home a handmade
masterpiece each week.
Physical Fridays
Fridays 10:15am – 12pm
Location: Various
Try out gentle exercise, relaxation,
meditation and yoga taster sessions. Build
your physical fitness whilst having fun and
trying something new.
