DO YOU NEED TO CHANGE ………….

Are your resources current?

Have your Student Dynamics changed – International Students / mature age students?

Are you using version control?

Are resources/ assessment events in electronic formator hard copy only?

Are your teachers’ computer skills appropriate?

Are you concerned with managing proposed changes to Training Package ?

Page 3: INTERACTIVE RESOURCES “THE WAY TO GO”

OUR CHALLENGE WAS SET……..

Increase in demand for quality resources – decrease in time to develop resources – new Training Packages due soon

Version control & electronic copies of current resources becoming more difficult – majority hard copy format

Assessment events not updated regularly – “too hard basket”

Student Dynamics changed – increase in number of international students (full time study + language/literacy levels = demand for quality resources)

Student computer skill level challenging Teacher skill level
