The InsuLogix® H Hydrogen monitor represents a cost effective solution for incipient fault detection and monitoring in oil filled transformers, providing the user with opportunity to prevent equipment and financial losses.

The InsuLogix® HMA is a state-of-the-art, high-performance online monitor for incipient fault detection and monitoring in power transformers via measuring the levels and the rising of Hydrogen (H2) and Acetylene (C2H2).

The InsuLogix® B is a cost-effective, continuous on-line monitoring system for detection of faults in oil filled bushings and current transformers.

InsuLogix® SGS | Smart Gauge System
The InsuLogix® SGS consists of a typical temperature gauge combined with electronics to allow operation as a data concentrator for various sensors installed on transformer. The system allows for low cost monitoring of key operation and health indicators and their data transmission to SCADA.
BENEFITS• Very cost effective monitoring system • Easy to deploy and set up • Can be used to replace older analog temperature gauges while adding intelligent functions and data transmission to SCADA • Can integrate InsuLogix® H Hydrogen sensor and a moisture sensor (or a pressure sensor)

InsuLogix® GIC | Geo-Magnetic Induced Current Sensor
InsuLogix® GIC measures the value of direct current (quasi DC) in transformer windings created by geomagnetic disturbances.
BENEFITS• InsuLogix® GIC direct current sensor measures DC current indicating a geomagnetic induced current event is occurring due to a solar flare or geomagnetic disturbance • InsuLogix® GIC does not require calibration or configuration and is a maintenance-free product• Easily deployment and setup• Clamp on CT can be installed without an outage

InsuLogix® RFM | Pole Top and Distribution Transformers Overpressure Indicator
The InsuLogix® RFM is a retrofittable fault detector for pole top transformers, distribution transformers and voltage regulators. The device detects overpressure building up inside the transformer. If the threshold has been exceeded the RFM triggers a visual indicator as well as activates a micro-switch.

The InsuLogix® SSK provides customers with a safe and efficient way to collect oil samples from distribution transformers. The kit can be installed on existent transformers, allowing for safe, fast and efficient sampling of oil. The energy output will then be maximized given that de-energization is no longer needed.
