With a unique corrugated design, our PU external wall panel has enhanced spatial stereoscopic impressions, which give an aesthetic appeal to the exterior of building walls. This polyurethane insulated panel is specially designed for interior walls and ceilings. We use surface treatments of HDP, SMP or PE on the outer layer of our PU sandwich panel to make it resistant to rust and corrosion. With thermal insulation and soundproof polyurethane material inside, our structural insulated panel works well as ceiling panels and internal wall panels in houses, o�ces, studios, stores, and other buildings.

Consistently Flat SurfacesOur insulated panel has consistent and uniformly �at surfaces that will perfectly align with the architectural design. The surface error is only 3/16”/ 40”. Our preheating temperature can reach 158°F during production, fully guaranteeing the curing quality for our PU sandwich panel. We use an advanced panel cooling system to enable all polyurethane SIPs to have enough curing time and be completely cooled before stacking, minimizing the chance of warping.In addition, our polyurethane insulated panel are easy to install and we provide customers with detailed instructions for the best ways to apply and install the panels.

Characteristics of the Refrigerated Warehouse

Structural Insulated PanelWe make rigid polyurethane and polystyrene foam insulated sandwich panels using high-pressure foaming technology for our refrigerated warehouse. The cold storage can be made for a variety of lengths and speci�cations to meet the speci�c needs of customers. The cold room door panel comes in colored steel, salinization steel, stainless steel, or embossed aluminum.

Easy Installation and RemovalUniformly molded cold room panels are linked together via corrugated grooves, which is easy to install, disassemble and transport. It takes 2-5 days to make small and medium refrigerated warehouses ready for delivery. The refrigeration parts for this cold room can be combined or added according to the customer’s needs.

Application scope

The cooling warehouse stores food that requires cooling or pre-cooling. The processing cycle is generally 12-24h; the cooled food normally has the temperature of 40°F.

This freezer warehouse can achieve a quick temperature decline to -5°F or 0°F from room temperature or cooling temperature; the processing cycle is generally 24h; it stores food that needs to be frozen.

High-temperature refrigerated warehouse stores fresh eggs, fruit, vegetables and other foods.

Low-temperature refrigerated warehouse stores frozen foods, such as frozen meat, fruit, vegetables, and �sh.

The double sided color steel plate can be de�ned as 28 to 20 gauge as per customers’ demand.

Subplastic coverage steel plate is a composite plate, basically made of thin metal sheets and covered with light or sub-light PVC �lm.

The stainless steel plate can be de�ned as 26 to 18 gauge as per customers’ demand. All the plates are specially processed and will not move or deform, and are used for the cold storage of drugs, food and for tunnel quick freezers.

It is a sandwich type insulation plate with color steel plate inside and checkered steel plate outside, it reduces the heat transfer e�ect due to temperature di�erences inside and outside to realize the highest e�ciency of the freezing and refrigerating system. It can support a forklift.

Also called aluminum embossed plate, is an aluminum product made of aluminum plate and processed with di�erent patterns on its surface through a rolling process. It is widely used in areas of packing, architecture and curtain walls.‘Aluminum plate’ is a material made of pure aluminum or aluminum alloy through a pressure process (cutting or shearing) with a rectangular cross section and even thickness. Internationally, aluminum plates, with thickness between 1/64” and 20”, and with length between 8 and 52 ft, are usually called aluminum plate material or aluminum sheet material. Aluminum sheet with thickness less than 1/64” are called aluminum foil, and aluminum plate with width less than 656 ft are called aluminum board or aluminum strip. With the development of big equipment, many aluminum boards can be made as much as 2 ft wide.

One of the general structures of cold rooms and refrigeration equipment is the mechanical equipment, which is in charge of cold generation and its control. The following parts play a very important role in cold production and are o�ered by Mafri Industries.

The CONDENSER UNIT is the external part of the unit and it is a device that is in charge of taking a substance from its gaseous to its liquid state, by cooling it.

The EVAPORATOR is the internal unit of the refrigeration equipment and it is in charge of cold production.

Mafri Industries brings the best refrigeration equipment of this kind and wants to introduce with MAFRI EQUIPMENTS. Our condensation units have a Bitzer or Copeland compressor, and our evaporators or air coolers come in low, medium or high pro�les for cold rooms and include our industrial line operating on CO2 or ammonia.

Lightweight cold room sliding door -, this light-duty sliding door is an economical slide door option with a simple design and good sealing performance. It is suitable for cold storages with a door opening 59 inches wide or less. This door is used in modular cold rooms and workshops with consistent temperatures that drop no lower than 104°F.

Medium Duty cold room sliding door -, this door has been designed using internationally leading technology, and comes equipped with an emergency escape device, which is safe, reliable and practical. It has good sealing and insulation properties.

Heavy duty cold room sliding door, - this door is large, solid and durable. This push-pull door also provides easy access for vehicles.

Automatic cold room sliding door, - it is regulated by an electronic control system, saving labor. This sliding door has a good sealing performance, good insulation properties and stable working status.

Controlled atmosphere sliding door, - when closed, this controlled atmosphere sliding door maintains the positive pressure inside the cold storage.

Fully-buried door, - as its name indicates, this door sits �ush with the exterior of the chamber.Hinged double door for testing rooms, - the frame for this door can also be made of polyurethane foam. This door has good sealing performance, excellent insulation properties and long service life.

SLIDING DOOR: Mafri Industries also o�ers sliding doors specially designed for each project. Our doors are user-friendly and very convenient.

Mafri Industries is o�ering several kinds of doors for cold rooms and clean rooms.Our door panels are �lled with polyurethane foam placed under high pressure, giving them excellent insulation properties. HINGED DOOR:Hinged door are relatively low-cost and simple cold room doors. There is a variety of hinged doors that meet speci�c project’s needs. PALLET RACKThe height of each beam can be adjusted. With smart section design and high quality steel, it facilitates the use of most forklift trucks and is the most widely used storage system.

CANTILIEVER RACKCantilever racking provides an excellent solution to store irregular or long items such as furniture, tubing, lumber, etc. It can be customized according to goods size and warehouse space.

GRAVITY RACKGravity racking utilizes a roller rail system or pallets with rollers and the in�uence of gravity. First-in-�rst-out is achieved.

PUSH BACK RACKInclined rails are designed to make the trolley with load move safely and smoothly. It combines high density storage with high speed access. All lanes can be accessed directly anywhere.

DRAWER RACKIt is mainly used to store all kinds of molds. Each shelf, except the top, can be pulled out to let the traveling crane pick the mold. The shelf panel is equipped with wheel tracks at the bottom and it can be freely pulled out when loading.

SHUTTLE RACKThis racking takes advantage of the whole space in the warehouse to save cost. Products can be stored �rst-in-last-out or �rst-in-�rst-out; depending on the customer’s needs. It also has a high earthquake resistance.

AS/RSThe AS/RS storage system consists of a variety of computer-controlled systems for automatically placing and retrieving loads from de�ned storage locations. It is the most advanced design scheme of the whole storage system.

DRIVE IN RACKDrive-in racking is designed to store large quantities of similar products in pallets. The forklift drives into the racking system to load and retrieve pallets.

ELECTRICAL MOBILE RACKThis is one of the highest density storage systems. Each row of the rack has one or two motor drivers. The system moves the rows along rails.
